   Moving experience terrific!

   I just had the moving crew do a move in NJ. They were wonderful! Very meticulous with packing, loading and unloading. Very careful with my items. Every member of crew was hard working and very pleasant. Jon-Paul was very responsive with giving quote. He set up everything perfectly. Miguel was a really good leader with his crew’s performance. I HIGHLY recommend this organization.

   Terrific Movers.

   My move from NJ to California began with Bill coming by the house and giving me an expert evaluation of what our move would entail. He answered all of my questions and gave me the straight scoop. He alleviated so much stress by giving me professional counsel and to top it all off, their price was thousands less than my competitive bid I got. The drivers did a great job as well. When they arrived at my new house here in California, they unpacked everything and reassembled things that were disassembled for the move and none of my stuff was damaged or lost.    Great move.

   I had a great experience using Reliable Van and Storage. The crew arrived on time and they were very professional, polite, clean and they all got along & worked well together. Although I moved to the third floor in my new place, I only heard positive things out of the crew. Jonathan Monico and Samantha Roman were a pleasure to work with. They were very understanding and cooperative with my uncontrollable situation with all of my closing delays and rescheduling. I would recommend using Reliable Van and Storage for all your moving needs.

   We had a great experience.

   We had a great experience with the crew from Reliable as well as Deidre who gave the quote and Tierra who kept us informed along the way. Brent, our driver, and everyone on his team at both ends were terrific. They were on time and worked diligently. Brent had the rig in place the night before at our new home and was out before 6:30am getting started. We didn't just enjoy them as workers but people you'd like to be friends with.    Very positive experience.

   As with most reviews, people tend to only post reviews after a bad experience. Our experience with Reliable Movers was totally positive. We were only moving a few pieces locally (including a baby grand piano), but the work was done efficiently and professionally. The final cost was under the original estimate. We were informed about the responsibilities of the company and what was not insured, given excellent details about every aspect of the move and someone from the company was in contact with us before, during and after the move. We would definitely use Reliable Movers for our next move.

   Give these guys a miss for anything even slightly complex.

   Moving crew were easy to work with and did a good job. However office staff provided a horrible service. Failed to manage the 3rd parties they had engaged so we ended up with a broken treadmill and a safe marooned in the middle of a bedroom. Said they would adjust price for actual weight but failed to do so despite multiple reminders (rest assured they take your money very fast - just don't seem able to process a refund). If you are looking for a low stress, professional, out of state move I would give these guys a miss.

   Working with Reliable Van & Storage Co, Inc was anything but reliable they were late unprofessional and less than committed to our move. The only thing they did well were the supervisors knew how to apologize for the incompetence, insolence and lies of the men in the field, but even the supervisors were incompetent!!! There was damage and incompleteness and unwillingness to put effort into completing our move. Insisted that a piece of furniture could not be moved to a second floor when the next day an inexperienced handyman was able to complete the move that I paid twice for! The move was finally completed but to no credit to this professional moving company we hired Completely unprofessional until it came to collecting their money…a complete debacle that we were charge d far too much $$$ for! You don’t want this nightmare on your moving day!

    Horrible!

    We used Reliable for a move from NJ to CA that included storage at their facility. Our belongings were received damaged. There was significant water damage (unknow source) and breakage including items crated by them. Despite paying additional money for full replacement value insurance, they have been unwilling to repair or replace everything they damaged. They are also been unwilling to provide a clear explanation of the settlement (despite repeated request). I have relocated 14 times in my lifetime and this has been by far the worst experience.
