   When shopping for a moving company for our local move I chose Right Way Movers from several moving companies I had researched online. Their professionalism, candor, and promptness when discussing the specifics of our move made them stand out from the rest. We hired them on the spot. On moving day they showed up 20 minutes early. Their team-lead assessed the work-load, took photos of each room, explained the contract, and then the crew got straight to work. We had a large desk that caused a lot of headaches during a previous move, which they managed without skipping a beat. All our belongings were handled with care, professionalism and expertise. The crew was friendly and polite, and got the job done within the set time frame, without a scratch. Needless to say, my husband and I were very satisfied and strongly recommend Right Way Movers !!

   Rightway Movers Poor Customer Service and Misinformation.

   The company, Rightway Movers and Storage, LLC, DOT number 3201464, (do NOT confuse them with the company out of California with great ratings) was hired for a move that was expected to take place 8/24/19-8/25/2019 with a down payment of $1,000. They said that they would be available to me "24/7" over the phone and on their company website, https://rightwaymoves.com/. They also said that they "have the option to outsource" which insinuates that they have their own trucks but can outsource if needed. The company did not inform me of the third party mover when they were supposed to on 8/23/2019, therefore, I was left under the impression that a Rightway Movers truck would arrive. I was not given the opportunity to decide if the hired third party mover was reputable. Instead, Rightway Movers informed me that I would have a move scheduled for 8/24/2019 between 1 and 6PM. I planned for this move. On 8/24/2019 at around 11:30AM, I received a call from Integrated Moving Solutions, informing me that I would have my truck on 8/25/2019. This company has been reported on numerous instances to the BBB for fraudulent business practices. I tried to contact Rightway Movers throughout the weekend of 8/24/2019 and 8/25/2019 to no avail. 1, IMS showed up late, and 2, the driver berated me and my wife for not letting them know earlier that I was not comfortable with them arriving. Therefore, I cancelled the move with Integrated Moving Solutions, for fear my belongings would be lost or damaged with no remediation. Upon speaking with Rightway Movers on 8/26/2019, they believed that my belongings were on a truck and on the way to my new address as of 8/24/2019, which was incorrect. I told them that I had tried to reach them and was unable and that I would like to cancel my move and receive a refund since I could no longer have reasonable assurance that they would hire a reputable company. At this time they asked me the problem and informed me that Integrated Moving Solutions is a reputable business and that nothing was wrong. Upon further insistence, I was told that I would receive a refund and would be contacted by the billing department. This was on 8/25/2019. As of 8/28/2019, I did not receive a call from Rightway Movers and therefore called again, only to realize that my number has been blocked and I have no way of communicating with them. This company falsely advertised that they are available to you 24/7 and that they have their own fleet of trucks and I also feel that the company has engaged in aggressive and unprofessional business practices, verging on fraud. Please, please, avoid this company at all costs. I am trying to get a refund in the amount of my $1,000 but they have literally blocked my phone and do not respond to emails. I have no other recourse but to try to prevent other people from making this mistake in the future.
