Forced to Sign Contract Under Duress, Nearly 60 days without my stuff
I was forced to sign the contract without adequate time to read it as they threatened to not send movers if I didn’t sign right then. Nearly 60 days without beds or furnishings!!! They don’t answer their phone or if they do, they say they will call you back…but don’t . They don’t care about you being inconvenienced. I moved in Summer…it snowed last night and I have no warm clothes and no jackets. I own them…I just don’t have them in my possession.
