Great Experience From MA to FL.
The company came out to our house and did a walk through. The sales rep was Paul Embree from Scott Relocation Services, Inc., 76 George Leven Dr, N Attleboro, MA 02760, 800-668-3808. He did a great job of explaining everything to us and estimated the weight of our move to within 12 pounds. On top of that his quote was reasonable compared with others we had received. Melissa Waite from his office was always available by phone to answer questions and followed up with us twice before the move and once afterwards. John Niedojadlo was our driver and he did an awesome job. They showed up on time at both ends, worked quickly and accurately, and treated our belongings and our homes with respect. I had read many horror stories online about moving companies and I can tell you I am completely satisfied by the job done by all of the employees of this company. Don't hesitate to use them!

They do not care
In December of 2020 I contracted this company to pick up my home possessions and store for several months while we were constructing a new residence. I paid additional money for 100% replacement insurance. Either during storage, or delivery they damaged a few items. They damaged a grill that had cost in excess of $4000.00. Top was caved in, and skirt was bent out of shape. This damage was not there upon pick up. Two furniture covers were completely shredded. Clothes dryer had a significant dent in the front. When I brought this to there attention I was told that I was wrong and they did not cause it. Arrogantly and rude response from owner. I requested a claim form, and was told he would send, but it would do no good. Form never arrived. Why did I purchase the insurance?
