   Room to room service

The two men were professional, friendly and very helpful. They moved different pieces of furniture from one room to another. The furniture was much too heavy for my husband and I to move ourselves. Your company was the only company that advertised in-house moving. This is a good service for older people who are unable to move heavy furniture from room to room. Thank you. Pricing was reasonable also.

Response from Sem's Moving and Storage

Thank you for your feedback, Gabby. We are glad to hear that we were able to meet all of your moving needs and to provide with such a great experience with us. It'll be a pleasure assisting you once again in the future. Kind Regards, SEM'S Customer Care Team

   Take the worry out.

Moving is never easy and just wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team at SEMS. They made our move today so easy, right from the off they were so easy to deal with, a special thank you to our moving manager Alex and the team today of Mike and Serge who were so nice, so helpful and nothing to much hassle. Great Job and would recommend SEMS to anyone who wants to take the worry out of the moving day.

   Faultless manner.

SEMS Moving and Storage moved us to Milton. Everything they contracted to do was carried out faultlessly and in a timely manner. My move was difficult, lots of fragile items as well as plants. It was very well-handled and well-led. Nothing was damaged. I would recommend them.

Response from Sem's Moving and Storage

   No tension involved.

I can highly recommend SEMS Moving Co. I had a very positive experience moving out of a large house into a condo and having to spend part of my furniture to 3 different locations. This move took 2 days as furniture was moved to four different locations; a house, an office, storage and an apartment with a smallish elevator. I was very impressed by the workers, especially their impressive packing of my crystal and china and other collectibles. The move went very smoothly and their men were professional and courteous. Moving is a stressful experience, but I can attest that SEMS did an excellent job which helped alleviate the tension involved.

Response from Sem's Moving and Storage

Miriam, thank you so much for the amazing comment and kind words! It was an absolute pleasure assisting you with your move, and we are so happy to hear the feeling was mutual. We will be more than glad to assist with your future moving projects and wish you all the best in your beautiful new home! Sincerely, SEM'S Customer Care Team.

   Highly satisfied

We had a local move in Toronto and SEMS was fantastic to work with! From the initial consultation, quote, follow up and day-of service, I was highly satisfied. The movers were efficient, pleasant, respectful and flexible. My fiancée had never used movers before and was hesitant but after this experience he will never move himself again! SEMS did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend!

   Tight schedule.

We had a tight schedule as our landlord wanted to lay our new carpet. We were responsible for getting our furniture and equipment out of the offices to let them in. The timing had to be perfect and a good attitude by all was definitely required. The entire job was so professional from the pricing to the final contract and the two great guys who showed up to do the actual back-breaking work. They were respectful and cooperative and made everything very easy. Even though it was a long day, they were the best choice for sure. I will use them again and I recommend them highly.

Response from Sem's Moving and Storage

Thank you so much for such a glowing review! No words could describe our gratitude when we hear that all the efforts made to make the move smooth, fast and careful were so highly appreciated. Thank you for being our customer and we will be looking forward assisting you on your next move! Best Regards, Sem`s Customer Care Team.

   No Dilly Dalling!

I met this mover while I was out looking at apartments and was impressed with how they were working. There was no dilly dallying, they were working hard and it showed. I asked them for a contact number and called to get a price for my move. They came out to deliver half a dozen garment boxes a week before my move. Made things much easier for myself. They showed up on time, were very professional and nothing was damaged during the course of the move. Very happy and would highly recommend this mover to anyone needing one.

Response from Sem's Moving and Storage

Daniel, your feedback is our best reward! Thank you for taking time and sharing your experience with us. We are looking forward to assist you with other moving project whenever you will have it! Kind Regards, Sem`s Customer Care Team.

   Weight in gold.

Posting reviews is not something I do as a rule, however I would like to register my sincere appreciation of the manner and professionalism in the way in which the two guys carried out my relocation. The two were Phillip and Ilya, and if they were out there representing my company, I would be extremely proud of them. Two men who knew their work and how to treat their customers well; nothing being too much trouble. Please pass on my grateful thanks to two of the nicest, hardworking, professional guys around. They are worth their weight in gold.

Response from Sem's Moving and Storage

George, thank you for making an exception and posting this review, we appreciate it. Thank you for your trust and kind feedback on movers efforts and service. We will be glad to assist you in the future again - just let us know! Sincerely, Sem's Care Team.

   Delicate handling.

This move wasn't cross country or anything, but we had a lot of stuff and it was all very expensive. They handled our move delicately to make sure everything arrived right on time in pristine condition. I'm very happy with the services offered by SEMS Moving and storage. Thank you guys!

    Upbeat Movers.

Excellent experience. Our movers - Mike and Vlad were extremely professional, friendly, courteous, and also fast. We paid by the hour and these men didn't waste any time. They were also very careful, & wanted to place everything just where we wanted it. They even found a long lost video remote deep inside of a sofa. The move involved a lot of stairs - from a 2nd floor place to a 3rd floor place, and it was raining. They were upbeat the whole time, never complaining or acting put out in the least. We chose SEMS Moving because of the excellent reviews we read and were very happy we did. We highly recommend this company as well as the two young men who moved us!!

Response from Sem's Moving and Storage

Our Team wants to thank you for your amazing review. We understand that to find a good moving team is not an easy task, and not every company you can trust to process your move. For this purpose, we are here to let you make the best choice according to the budget, period and other moving conditions. We hope that you will use our services for your future needs. Best Regards, SEMs Care Team.
