    damage and no remediation offered

    Shileds subcontracts from my understanding with little to no accountability. I had an inicdent where the two movers were having an altercation amongst themselves. it made me uncomfortable so i ended the job and asked everyone to leave. when i returned i found damaged furniture and shileds offered no remediation or understanding or apology and suggested that if i was concerned for my safety i should have called the police on their contractors.

    Late, damaged, harassment

    Employees over an hour late. Wreaked of marijuana. Took multiple breaks. Took a ridiculous amount of time to move 14 items (with several of them having been dismantled before their arrival). Did not reassemble items at new residence. Upon plastic unwrapping discovering scratched desk, chipped footboard with inlaid piece being pushed out. Now moving employee is harassing customer due to not being able to retrieve funds from Paypal due to account restriction - on his part.
