   Great team; flexible, affordable, fair, professional

   TDY did a great job on a complicated recent move hundreds of miles away from Brooklyn. It was a complicated job – – a lot of items, valuable items, heavy items, and a packed apartment. Adam came out, gave me good tips on what to focus on, and give me a fair estimate. Lots of good follow up to confirm the job. On the day of the job, a great crew assembled on time (Mars, Guy, Jay, Diego). Super professional and polite and respectful. And when it was determined There’s another guy was needed on the team, Mars and Adam worked quickly to get one. And we’re flexible enough to allow me to borrow a couple of hours from the load off day to be used for the load in day. It’s a good indication of how flexible and understanding they were of my needs for a very stressful move. They all really hustled and did a good job. I had previously used another mover for a segment of this complicated project, and that firm did a lousy job (broke items) and overcharged me. In contrast, TDY was very respectful, very professional, flexible, affordable, careful, and a really good experience. I have already recommended them to other neighbors and would use them again.

   I’ve never had a better experience than this move. My wife and I planned out our move with Sara the sales manager. She is amazing at what she does and was super on point with the estimate given to us. We were afraid of moving because of our horrifying experience last year with another company however TDY’s movers were on time, polite and also treated my furniture as if it was their own. They made it look easy! I was quoted for an 8 hour move and it finished within 6 hours, they only charged me for 6! Ive never been so pleased with a company before and Martin from dispatch was super accommodating when I had to change my move date more than once. I highly recommend using TDY Moving for your move!!

   Smooth move.

   Great experience. Sara was super helpful over the phone and emails, very communicative. she answered all my questions to the details. The movers were careful with my furnitures, everything was wrapped and protected. They arrived on time at the destination without any issues. I was so worried at first but I just trusted TDY and I must say they did their job well. Will definitely recommend and use them again and again. Thank you for making this experience smooth and easy :).

   I was very pleased with the way my move was handled by TDY, their staff who set up the move and the movers who preformed the move were both professional and a pleasure to work with. With moving being this stressful to begin with, its nice to have such a great team that has your back.

   Effortless & efficient.

   I was moving for the 3rd time in a year and half so needless to say I was pretty much over the whole process and at the same time I decided to switch from movers I have used in the past. I was nervous because since I never used TDY before I wasn't sure what to expect but when I spoke to Adam he assured me that everything would run smoothly and it did. Adam knew all the right things to say to ease my anxieties and was extremely sympathetic to my needs. The movers were also extremely helpful and made my move run seamlessly. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and truly made the stress of moving completely effortless.

    Great experience with TDY.

    Overall TDY was able to move out all of our stuff from our seven story walk up in Manhattan and transport it across the country in the time frame we required. Their customer service staff were excellent in providing all the necessary documentation and updates when needed. Our items were cared for and we did not experience any problems. We were assisted by a gentleman named Adam. He provided an assessment on the same day that we called and was able to put a team together to come grab our stuff the next day. Given our short timeline, this was excellent. If you need to move on short notice, I would highly recommend TDY.
