   AVOID !!

   Avoid! They promise you the lot then don't deliver. I've never in my whole life met a company that treats its customers with NO regard. They are rude, unprofessional cowboys. 1. Promised to provide packaging, protective coverings and blankets for bit delicate items - DID NOT DELIVER. 2. Didn't arrive at 0730 but was almost 10:00 and then complained throughout that they don't get paid enough for the hours they were putting in - im a customer and didn't expect to hear this. 3. Two small vans arrived when i had previously said that we have moved in articulated lorry before. So a van full of items didn't get loaded. 4. They refused to move until full payment was made and threatened to unload or take items back to depot for charges to be made in storage. ( I had no issue about paying, but wanted ALL my items loaded). 5. ALL my furniture was either marked, scratched broken and damaged!! 6. Kicked a wall down to get removals van in the drive. Moving is very stressful experience and they added to a very emotional and distressing experience. Having moved every 2-4 years this company is by far the WORSE!!

   Disgusting

   Finding out they are not registered! £1,500 to have to leave most of my stuff behind! Tried to contact them but now they have the money they don't answer the phone. I'm trying to make an official complaint but there's nothing I can do if they aren't registered. I now have to buy a dining table and chairs, step ladders, vacuum cleaner. One of the men complained there was sets of writing on the boxes. They were the boxes that they provided and I had to scribble out what was on before. Forced to rate as 1 star, personally I would give them minus 5.

   Stay Away from Tiger Removals: A Waste of Time and Money

   If you are planning to book with Tiger Removals, consider the following points: * Time: They value their time but not yours. * Service: Don’t expect good service from them. * Quality: They don’t care about your products and items. * Trust: They won’t deliver what they promise. * Money: It’s a waste of money. * Satisfaction: Not worth it. Detailed Review Time: They value their time and not yours. My booking was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but they kept delaying. Initially, they said they would come by 11:00 AM, then 1:05 PM, and finally arrived at 2:00 PM. Service & Quality: The service was terrible. They handled everything carelessly, throwing boxes from the first floor to the ground and sliding furniture. They broke my chest of drawers and promised to fix it but left everything as it was, claiming they couldn’t work more because it was Saturday evening. When I complained to Chris, he lied, saying I had asked them to skip the repair. Items were not placed in designated locations, and the crew was rude. Trust: Don’t trust them. I requested a 5-ton Luton van, but they sent a 3.5-ton van. They promised to dismantle the sofa, but the person who came said it wasn’t communicated and left it. I had to dismantle and transfer it myself. When I informed Chris, he twisted my words and blackmailed me, saying he would move the sofa only if I agreed not to leave a review online. Money: They only care about their money and time, not yours. They didn’t offer any compensation for the broken chest of drawers or anything else. Unrealistic Stories: * They claimed I agreed to skip the broken chest of drawers. Why would I do that? * They sent a small vehicle and blamed it on an operational mistake. * The crew was not skilled in sofa removal, which was my main request. * They claimed to have suspended the crew for not meeting expectations, which I find hard to believe. Conclusion Do not book with Tiger Removals. They are untrustworthy, provide poor service, and are a waste of time and money.

   Forced to give it one star but deserves none. Avoid this company like the plague. Dilapidated van, never turned up on time, shockingly bad management, a con from start to to finish. The man I dealt with is a bully too. Damaged items beyond repair.

   SHOCKINGLY BAD

   Shocking service. My friend moved house on 4th July and they brought a smaller van than what was agreed. This meant not all her furniture would go in the van. SHE IS STILL WAITING FOR THE REMAINING FURNITURE which includes her wheelchair. How a company can operate this way is beyond me . Zero consideration for the customer and her physical needs. This is close to stealing property. Legal advice is being undertaken.

   Worst experience moving ever

   Arrived on the day was told it should Have been a 3 man job, there were two guys Ian and Wayne. Was booked in on a 5.5t van everything just about fitted. They went ahead and started unpacking. Seemed really nice to your face at least. They did help pack and cover our sofas and tvs however one tv got damaged in the move. The packers lied to the company saying we broke it and we were acting shifty before the move even though they saw the tv on as my son was watching when they arrived. We only noticed the damage around two hours after they left as boxes were packed in front of it and they had told The office they checked before leaving which was impossible. Ian was great and helped take a second bed upstairs so can’t fault him. When I challenged the office about the damage they advised what Wayne had said and after putting up an original review only then got contacted and said an insurance form would be sent out. I was asked to take the review down. We did and after several chases to the office nothing has come back 2 weeks later so putting up another review. Got an email 20 minutes later after telling them a review was going back up and told not to threaten them. If you HAVE to use them book a larger van or check every single item that’s fragile because you won’t get your moneys worth.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Tigers removals were tasked with our house move which involved moving contents of our property in York to our new property in Essex. The owner did the standard walk around and noted contents in our shed (lawn mower, tools etc). The day after the removal was completed I noticed that nothing from our shed had arrived at our new house. I spoke to them on the phone and they initially seemed to be blaming the fact that it was my mother who let them in to the property (we were already in Essex as we have a family and our kids needed to attend their new school), they claimed my mother did not know there was anything in the shed, however seemed to backtrack from this when they took a look at the job sheet which stated there were items in the shed! I was very reasonable and said they could leave the items at my mothers in York, rather than taking it all to Essex. They told me they could collect the items the next day and I should email them the details, unfortunately due to having just moved I forgot to send them the details (of course they knew where they were picking up from already) they didnt remind me to send them or give me a courtsey call and just didn't turn up, despite the new owner waiting in for them. I then chased them up and gave them all the details in an email and had a job properly booked in, again the new owner waited in for them and they never turned up. I chased them up again and they seemed to have no idea why that happened (except that it was the owner of the company who was supposed to do the collection). I booked them in again, this time they liased with the new owner on a suitable time. Once again they failed to turn up and the new owner (having waited around all evening) asked me where they were. I spoke to them on the phone and was told the removers were delayed (a good 2 hours away), James the company owner told me he would personally speak to the new owner, however he never did. I am now at my wits end as I have been nothing but reasonable about this and have been let down consistently, on top of that I have essentially been lied to by the company owner, they clearly have no intention of collecting the items and are simply giving us the run around. What is even more frustrating is that I took out extra insurance with them, which obviously means nothing. I am now having to arrange, and pay for a more competant company to do the job. Avoid! They are cowboys and liars.

   don't use them

   looked promising to start, good communication ,a few free boxes and a home visit. move day - horrendous. 3 hrs late, wrong van which was too small so had to do 2 trips, good job it was only 3 miles! only 2 guys for a full 3 storey house so we had to help to get it done. Broke expensive furniture. Still waiting on compensation 8 weeks later DO NOT USE! would give no stars if I could

   Disappointing

   Small house move - no wardrobes, minimal gardening equipment - but the lorry provided was not big enough to get everything in. Only two operatives - I had to act as a third and we still didn’t get everything loaded until about 3.00pm. Thankfully, my purchaser was not moving in on the same day. The contract included dismantling a bed and reassembling it at the new address. However, there was no room on the van and eventually, thanks to my kind and accommodating neighbours, the components of the bed were left in their garage for collection later. ‘Later’ turned out to be four days later and did not include reassembly. In fact, Tigers Removals never did reassemble the bed - they made four appointments to do so but cancelled each one. Moving house is a very stressful business at the best of times but I’m afraid Tigers Removals added to the stress. I wish I’d read the reviews more carefully.

    Terrible

    Use this company at your own risk. Terrible service. Turned up hours late. Smashed and damaged furniture. No apologies. Ignored emails. No payment over over paid storage fees. Would give No stars if possible. Shocking service.
