   Moving

   We returned to the United States from Turin, Italy last spring – 2025. We searched the web for movers and were recommended a mover in Milan, who was more expensive than we could afford. I just randomly clicked on Translo Service and the reviews were so glowing I decided to contact them via email I believe and within an hour I got an email from Stefano Usai. I was a bit guarded by this rapid reply. I decided to follow up with Stefano and I am so glad I did. He was extremely responsive and obviously experienced at moving people complicated distances. We communicated regularly and much of the estimate was done through videos of our apartment. Moving is very disruptive for families. We have moved several times using movers in the US with much frustration. I assumed moving abroad would be a nightmare, but nothing could be farther from the truth working with Translo Service and Stefano Usai. It was seamless. Any questions were immediately responded to by Stefano or a colleague. We arranged to have packers through Translo Serviced and they too were great to work with and everything came home in good shape. Packing up our apartment just took a couple of hours. Our boxes were picked up and all issues with customs were handled efficiently. We don’t speak great Italian so we were dependent on Translo to help us decipher issues with customs, which there are bound to be. The gentleman who brought our boxes from Chicago was terrific too. AND finally the cost was extremely reasonable. If you are thinking of moving anywhere in Translo Service service area I would say absolutely use them.

   Move from Uk to Italy

   I recently used Traslo Service for a move from Shaftesbury to Cenate Sotto, and overall it was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, the team stood out for their speed, kindness, and professionalism. What could have been a stressful international move felt smooth and well-organized thanks to their careful planning and clear communication. The entire process was handled with impressive precision. Every step, from packing and loading to transport and delivery, was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The team worked quickly without ever making things feel rushed, and they treated all of my belongings with real care. What I appreciated most was their genuine, human approach. They were always kind, patient, and ready to offer custom help whenever needed. Instead of pushing extra services, they listened to what I actually needed and adapted accordingly, which made the whole experience feel very honest and trustworthy. Their price was higher than some of the other quotes I received. However, based on a past bad experience with a cheaper company that ended up including unpleasant surprises, I preferred to choose a service that was clear and reliable from the start. In this case, the transparency and professionalism more than justified the cost. Transparency throughout the process was another highlight. I always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and there were no surprises along the way. It’s rare to find a service that combines efficiency with such a personal and respectful attitude. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move, especially for long-distance or international relocations. Their speed, precision, kindness, and honest communication truly made a difference and turned what is usually a stressful moment into a very positive experience.

   Everything went as planned

   The team was very helpful and always there for help. The driver was friendly and helped as well with organizing the truck. I am very happy and I recommend 100%. The price was a bit higher than others, but it was worth the cost because you have the whole truck for yourself and you can decide the exact times of collecting and arrival.

   Absolute legends

   My wife and I chose Traslo Service for our removal from London to Italy and we couldn’t be happier. Simone answered all of our questions from the start, helping us find a custom solution that would fit our price and speed needs. Letizia helped us navigate the duty free custom process and gave us punctual and accurate information about the status of the removal. The bigger furniture items were packed on our request in a very precise and professional manner. Everything got picked up, shipped and delivered in 48 hours, not even a with a private jet we could’ve been quicker. I really can’t recommend them enough.

   Excellent care and service

   We decided to move our belongings from Italy to Spain and we were fortunate to have found a wonderful moving company as Traslo Service.    Moving from Italy to the Netherlands

   Last week we moved from the South of Italy to the Netherlands and Traslo organised the transport of our household goods. As from the first contact with Simone and later with Letizia the communication was fast and efficient and very friendly and pleasant. We got a bit nervous when the moving date was nearing, as we had payed up the full sum in advance. But nothing to worry about! The truck arrived exacly on the appointed time at both ends. The driver was very friendly and helped us, which was not his task, but he joined in the moving team. I can recommend Traslo from the bottom of my heart. Also because the price was very reasonable indeed.

   Moving from NRW to the Basque Country

   My Family moved in summer 2024 from NRW in Germany to the Basque Country. Luckily we found traslo service. The service we asked them for was the transport itself and unloading at the site of our new residence. Loading the truck in Germany was organised by ourself. As a parking permit was required at the unloading site, Traslo service offered us to take care of the permit as an additional service which we gladly accepted. Our contact persons were Stefano and Letizia. It was a great experience with them and they did a great job communicating and coordinating everything. They were very transparent with us and replied always very quickly. It was also nice that Traslo service allows you to customise the service, as we for example decided that we needed help unloading but for loading we could take care of it ourself, helping us to save a bit of money. In the end we got all our stuff into the new flat and there were no surprises along the way, just the way it should be. If you find yourself in need of a moving service across borders, I can highly recommend traslo service.

   Excellent and super friendly service.

   Having had a very difficult and time pressing move from Sicily to Germany, I was super impressed by the Traslo Service. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I didn't think it possible, but they made the move happen within only a few days after first contact, and for an absolute reasonable price as well. They also handled my possessions with total care and nothing got damaged during the move. Again, special thanks to Simone, Letizia, Paul and Marek. You guys were amazing.

    Highly recommended

    We recently used Traslo to go from the UK to Spain and can't recommend them highly enough. Throughout the process we were in contact with Paul and his team. We were clear about what the process was. We never waited too long for a response to our questions and we were constantly appraisedof how things were moving along. Paul was super helpful in helping us decide the correct size and what paper work to provide etc. Ont he day, the driver (Toncho) was brilliant. Although, his English was very limited he was super helpful, patient and calm. He managed to fight his way through the French farmer blockades with the truck holding our contents and by driving the early hours he was able to get through and delivered to us on time.
