   Great Service.

   Moving from New York to Georgia is a long journey and this company made it really easy to shift my belongings and brought it all to me on time. None of my possessions were broken, scratched, or lost. Customer service was excellent as well, they wrapped up all the breakable items properly and explained their prices upfront. Very professional and I'll be recommending their services to others.

   We just moved from Kentucky to Indiana and I found travel Van Lines.I must say that I had a great experience with them.They came on time and were very professional.They explained all their services and when I will get my stuff in Indiana.They packed all the stuff in very short time and ensure that I don't lose any stuff during the move.they packed the TV,glass stuff very well so it doesn't get scratched.I was very impressed with their service.Everything went smoothly,I received my stuff in Indiana without any hassle.Their price quote was affordable as well.Lastly,I would recommend that to anyone for moving long distance.Excellent Service.

   Great moving company!

   We had two weeks to plan our move after my husband accepted a great job offer on short notice. I was so worried about moving our furniture and media to another state, especially our brand new 4K TV! I couldn't be more impressed with this company, we got all of our items on time and without a scratch. They are great to work with, from the initial consultation to getting everything into our new home, they kept our valuables organized and made the entire process painless and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

   Amazing job!

   I was so pleased with my experience with this company. I've gone through many moves in the past, and it is always a gamble on whether your things will arrive on time and in the same condition you've left them in. Not this time! Everything was packed well, arrived on time, and in perfect condition. Everyone was so pleasant to work with - especially putting up with all of my questions and concerns given my bad experiences in the past! They made everything so easy, I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for our next move :).

   Moving Service for the first time..

   We just moved for New Jersey to New Hamshire and used Travel Van Lines. We moved a 3 bedroom home and some other items, the service was professional and the crew was courteous and caring with our items. Great Choice.

   Peace of Mind.

   Moving is one of the most stressful events that a person can go through in his or her own life. Having a moving company by your side is one way to help lessen the burden of the stress associated with the moving process. Not only do they keep all of your belongings organized with color-coded stickers and serial numbers, they also keep you up to date with 24-hour tracking of your precious items along their route. If you're looking for a bit more peace of mind on your next move, I recommend hiring them.

   Simple and convenient.

   Moving my two bedroom house with this company was painless and convenient. From the first quote to the last item being moved inside, I have no complaints. If you don't want to deal with the hassle of moving your own stuff, I would highly recommend this company.

   Travel VAn Lines damaged our items.

   This company, Travel Van Lines AKA We Move U, who we contracted with and paid close to 11K to handle our move not only did damage to our rental property but they lost and damaged many of our belongings. They lost our laundry station that was on the truck but somehow never made it into the house. All of the walls have smudges and scrapes as well as dirty handprints on them so that we now need to repaint at our cost. And the list continues. They told us to file a claim with Anthem Claim Management. We received a letter from Anthem that they cannot process our claim because they do not have contract with Travel Van Lines. So we were lied to once again.

   Dishonest thieves. Never use this company.

   I am writing this review after my horrific experience using Travel Van Lines to move clothing, electronics, , signed Yankees baseball’s & more from Mt Kisco NY to AZ. There was not a large amount of boxes. Understood that I was going to pack myself. I even asked is plastic containers ok. I was NEVER TOLD by my contact Jacobi that if they do not pack boxes they are not liable for any loss THEFT- there was both. I described everything, apartment t building moving from, house moving to-friends were there Day picked up, suddenly talk of charge from apt. To elevator to truck=> additional charge. But this was nothing when my things arrivived At high cost, boxes had been clearly opened ,cherypicked for nice/valuable things. Only one of 2 Sonos Soundbars In origins al packaging arrived=$700 I had a few prized purses, nice ones gone! Box baseball case well wrapped & taped had beer opened.Gone prized few Yankees baseball’s. Aaron Judge etc. Box arrived, clearly they opened & retaped shut.criminal. I was told by Daisy she would speak with owner.never received call back, chased her down to be told “unless they packed”nothing they would do. When I first spoke with her last week she knew of two Sonos sound bars, not today. No mananger or owner available. Basically I have no recourse with them. They were dishonest & more but my loss of valuable,valued belongings, final cost of move quite a bit higher than anticipated, AND NOW I HAVE PAID FOR THINGS THAT DID NOT ARRIVE. Telling me ‘have had problems’ with that crew does me no good. Misinformation from start- never told if they did not pack no coverage loss. ZERO.

    Do not use this company.

    Unprofessional, poor excuse for a business. Upon first requesting a quote, they were incredibly helpful, they took my inventory, were able to accommodate my desired move date, and then they proceeded to guarantee that everything would run smoothly and that they would be available 24-7 when I needed assistance. Claimed that their work phones forwarded right to their cell phones when they weren’t at work. Well, no one called me until the day before my move. I sent 3-4 emails the week before asking when they would be calling me to confirm. I then called my representative, Scott, and he spoke to me in a completely different tone than he did when I was getting a quote. He treated me like I was insane for wondering why I hadn’t heard from anyone and told me that the dispatch won’t call until the day before they’re coming. Well - that isn’t what they told me, and I obviously would want to know what time these movers are coming so I can plan my day. They never called. The day came and went and I spent all day calling travel van lines, Scott’s extension, customer service, dispatch, random extensions (I was getting desperate). It was a Saturday so I assume not everyone in the office was working. I spoke to about 5 different people, all giving me the run around, telling me that maybe they’re coming tomorrow, they can’t get ahold of the driver, etc. They never called me back. I never heard from my “representative” again. I disputed the charge on my card and I’m waiting to see if I can get the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM.
