   Never sent me a refund

   I was supposed to send them $200 broker fee. My bank had a glitch and sent the money from my account twice. This company was notified multiple times and they confirmed that they were double paid. Their response was, “You double paid, not our problem” and never sent me a refund. Money hungry people.

   United Freeway Transportation angages in deceptive business practices

   I sent a complaint letter to the Attorney General of PA, and complained with the BBB against United Freeway Transportation. They failed to transport my vehicle and subsequent refusal to refund my payment. Additionally, I've discovered the use of fake identities by their employees, who claimed to be Americans, were actually foreigners using fake American names. Upon investigations, it became evident that some of these individuals are from Bangladesh and some Islamic countries. It is noteworthy that Mohammed Amin serves as the Chief Executive. I made numerous attempts to contact them to resolve the issue, including phone calls and texts. Despite these efforts, I've not received any indication of a willingness to address the issue. I strongly believe UNITED FREEWAY TRANSPORTATION has engaged in deceptive business practices and failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. Additionally, the use of fake identities by their employees raises serious ethical concerns and warrants investigation by regulatory authorities. Also I'll contact Consumer Advocacy Organizations, they should be interested in investigating unethical practice like writing FAKE REVIEWS. Such actions not only compromise the integrity of consumer feedback but also raise ethical and potentially legal concerns

   Con Men

   These guys are absolute scam artists. I was quoted a rate of $300 to transport my car from Indiana to Maryland. Then when I informed Jake that the mechanic completed his work he comes back with a new price of $600. He indicates he’s just the middleman and not the one coming up with the price. He failed to mention the contract I signed that indicated I would not be responsible for more than $300. He indicated I would not find a cheaper price. I tell him I’m flying back home for $65 and will drive the car back. Absolute scum people. Worst lowlifes to ever deal with.

   Asked to take down my orginal honest review

   I already left as honest review of service. Then Robert who helped me texted me asking me to take down my review. Because he would get fired, he stated. I told him that was my honest experience. Then manger Benjamin Henderson stared to text harassing asking to take down reviews also. So here’s what happened. I booked it in March and was quoted $2000. Then 3 days till pickup of cars the price was changed to $3250. $900 of it to united freeway transport and $2350 to driver. The driver was scheduled for pick up 6-28-23 at 9am. Then showed up at midnight. And told me he would be way early to drop off cars. I told Robert this. Then Robert told me it would be delivered 7-9-23 like originally planned. No communication with driver, he texted me to say he’d be late. Then driver showed up on 7-16-23. I told Robert I was unhappy about it. He said to take money off driver bill I told driver and he said he Wasent informed. The whole situation was stressful. Glad I put tracker in my cars. No help from anyone.

   It’s a scam one of the workers I spoke to confirmed the transport my car was going to be the next day so I payed 250 then the next day they went up to 500 Jennifer who spoke to lied to me getting me to sign another contract for 3 hour transport really .

    Beware! Horrible company to use

    Never received our RV at the delivery location. I was told the company had insurance and was a legal company but turns out they had a revoke license driver and no insurance to cover the loss of our RV. No one wants to take responsibility so only use them if your willing to gamble the odds of receiving your vehicle in one piece or the chance of loosing tens of thousands of dollars because they don't properly vet for proper licensing and insurance. MyRV was wrecked and left abandoned in pieces. No one called us or offered any help with clean up and no insurance will take responsibility. United freeway transport is saying its not there problem, but why hire a professional broker to get your load professionally transported if they dont do their job and then say well its not our problem deal with the company we provided you that was not insured or had a licensed driver. Play it safe and stay away from them.
