   The two guys who just moved our stuff from the second floor apartment to the uhaul did a great job worked hard and packed the truck great.Would definitely recommend them they had two hours and had in done in a hour and a half. Thanks

   Professional and Easy to Work With.

   I had a move that required multiple stops to load up, since my brother and I were moving from separate locations in together. I was lucky to have Joe, Benjamin, and Adam arrive on time, amid my still packing chaos, and not blink an eye. The guys were great, they allowed me to work around them so we could both do what we needed. They also had no problem going to the multiple locations to get it all knocked out in one shot. They were very professional, communicative, and efficient, even my brother commented on their speed. I have already recommended Victor's Moving to other clients/friends and will definitely use them in the future! Also, it cost me a little extra, but having them handle the truck rental and all that entails was well worth it.

   Glad for the assistance.

   All I needed was for a large solid wood tv hutch taken up to the second floor. These guys were recommended by some friends who had used they before and I'm glad that they did. It had to be taken up a flight of stairs with two turns. It was not easy and took some time, but they were able to do it, no complaints about it being difficult and they were very professional about it all. Would recommend them and will use their services again.

   Brady & RJ are the absolute BEST! This was our 1st move and they rocked- we honestly could not have asked for 2 better loaders / movers. They were very nice and handled everything with care! -Ashley & Danny.

   Hired 3 men, Damaged items, did not use blankets and mattress protectors, tore new mattress on edge, chipped new nightstand, chipped new dresser, broke in half 1 of 3 support braces for vanity sofa, dented severely Hon file cabinets on sides, slammed boxes and chairs onto 2nd/1st floors breaking 3 casters, Evading calls and responsibility. Definitely not bonded nor insured. Do Not Recommend

   Worst Movers Ever

   First they claimed they did not speak English. Broke over half of my dishes, both table lamps,my decorative ceramic items ( every box labeled fragile or breakable, were folded and/ or banged up), lost all TV cords, did not set up per contract and then charged an extra 260 dollars because they had to unload 10 feet from apartment. You had to call them 20 times to get one call back. What’s upsetting I themost, I did not book these movers, I thought I was contracting with Interstate. Hidden fees!

   Extremely unprofessional.

   I don’t think I’ve ever felt more disrespected in my life. My mother was grateful to be able to have the movinghelp.com send a company out last minute after her first set of movers through the site cancelled 5 minutes before her scheduled appointment. They were able to come out within 30 mins. The guys showed up in a small hatchback which made it clear they had no tools to assist with the move so luckily my mom had 2 dollys available. The move started extremely smooth. At the 1 hour mark it seemed they were pretty much halfway done. After this it seemed like time slowed down. One guy struggled with multitasking. It seemed he couldn’t make idle chit chat and work at the same time. He also seemed to linger after putting stuff in the truck and would either stand around and talk or scroll for music in his phone. This was when he wasn’t taking calls and setting up his next moving jobs. Then as we neared 3hrs they began having to rush n sloppily pack things. My mom sent a text explaining she didn’t want to write a negative review but just voice these few concerns to what seemed to be the owner. Instead of an apology she got excuses and him stating they did a great job because they got everything to fit (which wasn’t true). With that she posted a short and appropriately worded review on movinghelp.com under Valerie C if you care to take a look. She was called by the supposed owner which she realized was one of the movers and he yelled at her stating she was unprepared and unorganized, this coming after we asked several questions about anything we needed to do to make the move easier for them along with us moving boxes into main areas for them as well. He then proceeded to associate her issue with the move with her being a black women and this being the problem with black women and pretty much just attacking her over a little constructive criticism. He was so aggressive to the point where she couldn’t respond to anything he was saying and just hung the phone up. He then proceeded to call her back to back at least 3 times before she ended up blocking his number. I called him requesting he apologize for the rude outburst and he told me he could talk to her however he wanted because he gets business from other clients that actually matter and continues to ramble before I hung up. He did the same calling back to back before I text him if he continued I’d file a harassment case and also blocked him. Needless to say he allowed his emotions to get in the way of what could have been a simple apology and ownership to the fact that the move could have went better.

   Victors Moving is a joke. They broke glass in my China cabinet. Owner is aware of the breakage. Will not respond to messages or try to resolve issue. Please do not use this company if you value your belongings. Owner is a joke.

   Didn't want to move during a slight drizzle.

   The men didn't want to move in a slight drizzle. And then they turn around and say they'll help with the move if we can call in a third person so that our things will be less likely to get damaged and the move will go by quicker. My two tween daughters put these men to shame -- they were hefting things around like pros while these guys were complaining.

    No show.

    Received a call to inform me that no movers were available at the requested time. They still charged me $109 even though nobody showed up to help. Have not received refund.
