   Amazing service!

   Massive thanks and gratitude to VP Smart Removals! My move was so smooth and trouble free. Milan, Emile and Jeff were amazing with the packing, so quick and efficient, dealing with the fact that stuff was going to two locations easily. Then Milan and Jimmy were absolutely fantastic, driving early the next day from London to Liverpool to meet me there. It was a really long day for them and after dropping things off at my new flat, they drove across Liverpool to my friend’s place where I am storing a lot of stuff, then they had to go up a lot of stairs there. It’s not easy moving from a place after 25 years there, even though I’d thrown out a lot, there was still a lot to pack and move, plus I hadn’t realised how emotional it is leaving a place, having it go so smoothly was a huge help. This company are not just super efficient, but just really kind, nice people, not forgetting Natalie who was always patient and kind on the phone whenever I spoke with her. Highly recommend this company, worth every penny!

   Superb service, hard working teams

   We opted for 2 days removing service of 2 bedroom fully furnished flat. The service provided was superb! Nicolay's team came in early in the morning, carefully packed all the items, including very fragile once. Nothing was damaged or broken in the process, everything was handled with great care! They even managed to disassemble and put back together our large wardrobe, which barely fit into the new flat. On the second day, we had 2 teams working for over 12 hours straight. They worked quick, communicated well and really put effort to make our move as smooth as possible. For both days, they managed to find parking spots at both addresses, even though I could not provide them with the official parking spaces. Highly recommend!

   Amazing.

   Cannot recommend this company enough. A move from West Sussex in to London with limited parking options was made light work by the entire team. Items of furniture and my mattress were wrapped and packed perfectly to avoid any damage. Professional, friendly and quite a good laugh made my move relaxed and stress free.    Move from Middx to Wantage

   From the day I made the initial call to this company and spoke with Gabriella I was very impressed. She was very helpful and advised me on any questions I had and reassured me about any concerns I had, The guys who helped us move Ivor and Jeffrey were extremely helpful and understanding.    Polite, professional, punctual

   This was our second time moving with VP Smart Removals, and we can highly recommend them! They were prompt, polite and professional. All our things were moved with such care to a property an hour away, and they were so helpful. Special shout out to Viktor who remembered us from our move two years ago! I hope we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we did, we'd definitely use VP Smart Removals.

    Quality pre move customer service and a wonderful moving team

    The experience from start to finish was excellent. Lina our removal consultant set up the quote after running through what needed to be moved. We ended up on an hourly rate with 3 crew members. She checked in with me twice before the move to ensure I had all my questions answered. The crew arrived bang on time and had moved a 3 bedroom house inside 4 hours including an additional stop at a different address to help us pick up 2 wardrobes from a friend. The three movers (Ivo, Jeffrey & Joseph) were polite, happy, careful and unbelievably quick. I was quoted some ridiculous prices for this move by some companies, but VP offering an hourly rate saved me significant money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use these guys again. I originally planned to move myself with a rented van. After this experience I will never move without a removal company again and hopefully if/when I move again VP will be available to help me, they’ll be my first call. Brilliant! Stress free experience
