   Very disappointed!

   The two young men who moved our stuff were nice enough, but they texted on their phones too much.  They were so slow, that what should have taken three hours, took five.   They also had no idea what they were doing.  They didn't even use a furniture dolly with a strap.  Both our refrigerator and freezer fell into the wall as they were moving them.  The refrigerator has a large scratch on the front.  The freezer handle is broken and scratch with the freezer door having a dent in the front.  The scratched a few of the wooden pieces of furniture.  They tore the backing on the recliner and pulled out the upholstery nails.  They did something to the water line when they disconnected the washing machine.  Water began to pour everywhere.  When I complained to the company, I was told that their "engineer" said he couldn't see anything wrong from the picture the mover sent.  Duh!  The water was shut off by then, so all you could see was wet floor.  Besides, do they really think I believe they have a construction engineer sitting in their office to look at pictures on the spot?  The movers were messy and didn't clean up after themselves.  They left their roll of shrink wrap, two rolls of tape, and their clipboard at our house.  They also left water bottles sitting in our driveway.  After all of this, when I went to pay, the bill was $50 higher than quoted.  Angela told me that there was a few for using a credit card.  I was not told this upfront.  I was offered no credit for the damages they did even though I had to call a plumber and pay $167 to get the water supply line repaired.  He said they twisted the pipe when they undid the washing machine supply line.  I would never use these people to move my stuff.  You've been warned!  .
