   Amazing movers!

   I don’t understand these bad reviews… I came on here just to add a positive review. We have used them three times. I have a lot of unique items (fragile musical instruments, 1800s/1900s original antiques) and they have never broken a single thing. They are also just really cool people, friendly and not at all awkward to have around for hours. I kinda wanted to hangout with them and have beers afterwards. Lol. They are really great and professional.

   Very stressful move with these guys and unfinished

   So, I scheduled these movers for today 07/02/2026. They came and walk through it, pointed at one open box (which we were working on) and said "we can't take that" with already ennoyed voice. Walk thorough and left. After I called them and raised my voice they came back and started moving. Towards the end I parked my truck and asked them to bring the boxes to my truck. They refused, saying that they do not have time. Mind you this was one hour after they started to move and I reserved them for three hours plus option to pay them by hour afterwards. The main guy was super impolite. They moved me and then the main guy when he was handling me bill for three hours plus one hour of traveling, which they did the whole move within two and a half hours including travel time, he asked for 15 - 20% tip. I think that guy deserves a medal for having guts. Either way I would caution you about this company, and if you think moving is stressful enough, try to find some company that helps to lower your stress not to add to it.

   I really should have looked into the negative reviews prior to hiring this company. I contacted this company for a move after shopping around I found that the were both available on my date and a good price so I went ahead and booked it putting a 50 dollar deposit down. I was sent an estimate of 550 which would include 3 men for 3 hours including the travel time to my destination. Both on the estimate and on the conformation call I was told I would be able to use a credit card. The movers were scheduled to come between 1-3. I received a call shortly after 3 from the movers saying they would not be there for another hour due to the pervious move going long. A bit annoying but not a huge deal. Once the finally arrived around 4:10 the men came up to my unit. Immediately upon coming up they said that it would be an extra 130 dollar charge for the stairs in the lobby. I am on the 3rd floor my unit number is literally 3 and I have had other services come to deliver furniture that had a 3 floor only policy without issue. Since the were there already I just agreed. The main guy walked around looked at my stuff and said he was going to give me a new estimate. After a few minutes he said that the new amount would be 968, nearly double the original amount. I was shocked. I wanted to cancel but was informed I would be charged for 2 hours. At the same time he also said it would need to be cash only. This all felt like a scam. He said because he needed to wrap some items and make some boxes for the tvs, also he increased the time needed to 4 1/2 hours stating that because of the big move they just did they were really tired. I was pretty upset by the price being so much more and the payment needing to be cash only so I let my partner handle the movers while I called the company. The woman on the phone kept going back and forth between me and the main man on the job site. Between discussing the price with the man onsite and the woman on the phone this had all taken about an hour. During this time the guys were not working and I was still being charged. While I was on the phone the main man kept telling my partner that the could do it for cash and that he could drive him to a bank to get the cash out. Finally the woman on the phone and I agreed that the men would move the items that I wanted for the next hour and thirty minutes so I could keep the original estimate price. After I finished the call the men came back up with the few items that they had taken down in the beginning. They threw them down right inside my door and said they weren't going to do the job. I have never had an experience like this. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, they will double there price once the arrive and demand cash. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea how they have so many positive reviews. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau so hopefully no one else has to go through this.

   I do not recommend these movers if you have antiques or items that you value. They will be damaged/shattered.

   Bad Movers.

   Worst moving company DO NOT HIRE! The workers drank on the job and destroyed many of our items! When you try to talk to the company about insurance for the damaged items they blame the customer! Even with video footage of the employees they hire throwing our boxes off the truck, they still want to blame us! Very shady company with other complaints on the web. I have pictures and witnesses if anyone would like to see them..Just please, saving money in this case ended up costing us more. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB to prevent other victims of this company. We did not tip and added the damage to final bill and never heard from a boss or the owner..THEY DO NOT CARE and if you hire them they will be drinking on the job..

   Horrible Company -- take a pass.

   I would never use this moving company again.  After hiring 4 men, one of the men appeared drunk and even requested a beer early in the morning, after only being on the job for an hour.  This same worker caused water damage in my kitchen while disconnecting the refrigerator, thought it was funny and stole beverages from my refrigerator without asking.  They broken the mirror on my new dining hutch; were slow moving and overall unprofessional.  Only 3 of the 4 crew seemed somewhat experienced.  I would never hire them again and had to hire Alexander Movers to come in the following day.  Even the staff at Wolleys Movers possess the same unprofessional character traits as their workers.   The manager still has yet to contact me.  Take a pass.  .
