   I have used this moving company 5 separate times from 2012-2019; every experience I have had with every member of this company has been absolutely phenomenal. They are kind, courteous, extremely efficient and very careful with my belongings (shrink wrap/extra padding). They are also very, very resonably priced. I highly recommend this company without reservation.

   I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PERSON COULD HAVE THE NERVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HER 3 MOVERS THAT WORKED FOR 7 HRS. MOVING FURNITURE UP STAIRS IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX AND IT ONLY COST HER $52.00 AN HR. FOR 3 MEN. ALSO THE MOVERS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO TAKE T.V.'S OUT OF THEIR BOX AND SET IT ON ANY STAND. NO MOVERS WILL DO THIS FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE IS TRYING TO MAKE A LITTLE MONEY ON THIS DEAL. I HAVE USED XPRESS MOVERS MANY TIMES AND THEY EXCELLENT, CHRISTIAN EMPLOYEES.

   Very Wonderful Company.

   They have great rates and I have used this company 11 times I'm a realtor. They watch the walls and floors and take care in shrink wraping all my items that where wood. I think the flat rate they give is the best, because a lot of companies charge by the hour which can get costly. I trust this company. Give these guys a call very well trusted. Call and ask for Don or Lee, very polite and organized.

   My move experience.

   I was unsure at first about moving company's in general because I had never used one before.. So going through the phone book taking free estimates express movers was the best flat fixed rate that didn't change.. the movers showed up on time..was friendly..They shrienk wrapped all of my belongings for me..everything was moved in a timely matter with nothing broke .. I have used express movers more than once and couldn't imagine trusting any other company with my belongings.. I highly recommend express movers for your move..

   GREAT Move.

   The movers where very much on time they did a great job the event's packed and loaded two 24 foot trucks of furniture. We have 3 bedroom home and a three-bedroom apartment they did a great job.I would recommend these Movers over and over again.Thank you Dawn from Xpress movers you guys were excellent. Great Job.

   I spoke with "Don" on 21Mar13 and scheduled a move of (1) bed room. The move was supposed to be done at 10:00am on 31March13. At the time of my initial phone call I gave "Don", my credit card information over the phone. As well as the contact number that was supposed to be called 30 min. prior to the movers arrival. Which never happened. On 26Mar13, I was charged $50.00 form my checking account. On the day of the move no one showed up or called. I am currently active duty and deployed overseas. The move was for my girlfriend, to our new apartment. Both to and from in Newport News. I was given a cost of $289.00. 31Mar13 I tried to call several numbers to your company and have left several voice mails. To no surprise I had no answer or returned calls. The companies failure to provide the agreed upon service has put my family and myself in a HUGE inconvenience.

   Damages & No Response.

   I had 3 movers that took over 7 hours to load, drive and unload. The driver was the only one helpful until a tip was mentioned. At that point, only one other took more of a positive attitude. One of the movers complained as soon as he entered the door of my 2 bedroom apartment indicating "Nobody said nothin' about no boxes", which were centrally located, labeled as to contents and clearly marked Fragile as needed. I personally moved those boxes to the central location (living room). That man complained before, during and after the move. My last request was for them to remove the TV from the TV box (which I had boxed myself) and sit on the TV stand. That same mover said, "We ain't hooking up no TV".  The driver offered apologies from the very beginning, but it did not change the attitude of the "complainer" who was paid to do a job.  Damages: A ladder shelf, ebony in color. As the move was winding down, the driver told me there was a small chip of wood that came off as they were unloading the truck. When the shelf was brought to the apartment, there WAS a small chip of ebony wood - SITTING ON THE TOP OF A MOUND OF WHITE GLUE. I was told by the driver that he didn't realize it, but they must have used Gorilla glue which dries white and EXPANDS. The glue had run down the inside of the sides of the stand and no attempts were even made to wipe it. Other glue stains were on the shelf beneath the one they attempted to fix. An ivory chase, that had been covered since purchase, due to our cat, had two black marks and one circle of, what appeared to be some type liquid.  A 2-seat sofa (never uncovered) had a 4-5" tear that appeared to be caused by brushing against the truck, wall of the stairs to apartment or some other service. Although I tipped the driver (generously), I explained to him that my preference would be that he receive the most, less to the one who at least tried to accommodate, but zero to Mr. I Don't Want to Work.  2 calls have been made to "Don", neither returned. Today I found Xpress Movers, LLC online and hoped comments would be received by the main office, or someone who cared of their reputation. Guess who responded via email? Don - In again reviewing the photos I'd provided and the threat of small claims warrant. Supposedly, "manager will contact" me tomorrow.  I DO NOT, under any circumstances, recommend this "organization" to move anything. .
