Probably fine if you don’t have nice furniture. They tried to dissuade me from insurance the first haul, and i got anyway, so they left my nicest pieces for the next round. Got talked out of the insurance the next time - one antique is missing a full drawer- another has a huge chip out of the front. Nobody has called me back about this.
They also spent hours trying to convince me it was impossible to remove two pieces of furniture from my home, saying the house must have been modified (it wasn’t). The house did not get built around the furniture. FINALLY (and probably $700 later) they got the furniture loaded.. shocker that it actually did fit out the way it came in
They also labeled nothing. I’ve moved over 20 times, even abroad, and have never experienced such negligence
