   Great service

   This move went way better than I ever expected. Jose and Mario were on time and great to work with. We did a tour of what needed to be moved and they got to work and got the job done right. No scratches, no drops, no complaining. Jose and Mario even helped me dismantle a large furniture item that wouldn’t fit through a door opening that was made smaller after we added a screen door years ago. I didn’t think that thing would come out but they got it done. I was impressed with all phases of the process and would not hesitate using Aviv Moving 1 again in the future.

   This is the third time I used Aviv . This time I move from Watertown to Framingham everything was smooth nothing damage . The movers was very kind. Definitely will use again.

   I can't say enough about the 4 guys that helped me move. They went non-stop, nothing was a problem, they picked up where my wife and I left off, it was just a terrific experience. I would use Aviv again in the future, they were well worth the money, and I just really appreciate the level of service I got. Thanks again!

   Missing pieces, chips in antiques, no response

   Probably fine if you don’t have nice furniture. They tried to dissuade me from insurance the first haul, and i got anyway, so they left my nicest pieces for the next round. Got talked out of the insurance the next time - one antique is missing a full drawer- another has a huge chip out of the front. Nobody has called me back about this. They also spent hours trying to convince me it was impossible to remove two pieces of furniture from my home, saying the house must have been modified (it wasn’t). The house did not get built around the furniture. FINALLY (and probably $700 later) they got the furniture loaded.. shocker that it actually did fit out the way it came in They also labeled nothing. I’ve moved over 20 times, even abroad, and have never experienced such negligence BEWARE Angi is over for me as well. Can’t trust, clearly

   Terrible.

   The absolute worst moving company in history.  Broke my landlord's front door and skipped out on payment.  The driver and one mover nearly got into a fight during the process.  I was glad to just have them leave.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

   Avoid AVIV Movers.

   I would avoid them like the plague. They were supposed to arrive from 2-4 PM. After 4 I called and was told they will be there by 6:15-6:30 which was bad enough, but they show up at 7:15. Company didn't seem to care. Terrible.
