Deserves negative stars. Company practices predatory tactics. Will get you to book with unbelievably (too good to be true - and was not true!) low price, require a down payment via bank ACH transfer so that you can't dispute via credit card, claim they will match you with a "reputable" local carrier, then keep your money even if that local carrier charges considerably more than quote, or cancels the pickup due to carrier's inability to securely pack/crate a valued object (as specified and detailed and confirmed in advance in writing and verbally per contract). Entrusted kept our $2300 deposit for doing nothing but estimating. Do NOT trust "Entrusted" with your valuable items.

This company is Terrible! Not only did they add more charges at every step of the way, which had to be paid in order to complete my move; they also destroyed most of my things in the move. They literally LIE about protecting your items and moving them safely. My boxes and furniture all arrived damaged and were unloaded by only 1 mover! They also tell you that your things are ensured but unless you find out on your own and pay for extra insurance, they have zero liability for your things. I lost thousands of dollars to have my items arrive totally damaged by this scam company.

Entrusted Movers was a nightmare. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Like others have said, they kept adding fees. The day prior to receiving our furniture, "we have to charge you an extra $1500 because your street is too narrow." What?!? Not only that, one of the movers called me "c*cksucker." Another employee lied and refused to send me a copy of my contract. Lastly, they aren't movers, they are brokers. Find a reputable company and deal directly with that company. Avoid Entrusted at all costs!

I ended up paying 3X the amount from the original quote!!! Between this place and Carefree Movers was the biggest ripoff! Missing boxes & well over $2500 worth of products missing for my business , most of my kitchen items GONE.. And do they care? Hell no!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE.. Also the driver called me on the delivery day and demanded cash only for the balance!! Of course I didn’t fall for that!!! Predators!!! & beyond horrible customer service

My price was raised three times. Fees were added and others threatened. I was falsely reassured numerous times that each time, the price was final. Both Entrusted Van Lines and Carefree Movers are horrible businesses. I hope enough people file reports and claims against them so their businesses fail. Do not use them for any reason. They will lie to you, make you sign contracts under false pretenses, charge you more than agreed, and make it so you are cornered into spending more; yet again.
