This company scammed my mother and I by vastly overcharging us what was quoted. They also lost family heirlooms and damaged several items. AVOID!!!

1. LIES 2. 3rd party company 3. No mention of additonal charges for bulk items at pick up 4. Upon reviewing(final) items the cost become more additional money 5. The guy that said burn your stuff he's correct 6. Pickup a joke only take the cubic amount so you end up paying more at pick up 7. The dleivery date a lie 8. Furniture broken 9. They mention Allied as the company horrible 10. None of my items were puy together on delivery 11. Your CEO, should be ashamed 12. I asked about these horrible reviews-- I should have taken these people advise 13. Waiting to file my insurance claim 14. They call you over and over to get your sale never wanting you to get off the phone all these amazing discounts, nothing but BS 15. I hope you make well of the additional monies you got from me because all money is not good money 16. Delivery truck had no working ramp 17. 2 people to take out furniture 19. Cash app or Zelle should have been the HUGE clue becasue MBM already got paid from 1st /2nd deposit so they dont care what happens after the pick up there hands are washed 20. I am sure no one from this company will follow up 100% sure becaue I want my money back that you STOLE 21. Read the BBB 22. CHARGED OVER THE PRICE as quoted 23. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 24. Anyone that wrote a review and said this company good/ great was from there compnay there is no way in HELL anyone had a good/great experience

I found these guys online and I specifically asked if they were a broker and Cory told me they weren't - all moves were done by their own people. That was lie number one that we didn't find out til the items were picked up.I was told by Jordan that if we used less space we would owe less at delivery. Then found out from someone else there that I was misinformed and they didn't know why I was told that. I also told them about our large bulky furniture and they didn't mark that down correctly so the price went up when the items were picked up. I was lied to from the start. The lies kept happening and the price kept increasing. The actual mover they used delivered late and they wouldn't help with that. Their contract and the actual movers contract contradict each other so you have no idea was it real. This was the most horrible experience.

Every time you talk to them the price goes up, and never proportionally, when I tried adding a few items after the initial estimated that would have increased the volume by 15% they quoted me ~175% the original quote. They take no responsibility for the service of their contractors and are incredibly rude over the phone. I am stuck on an airmattress because their contractor will not even get back to me on delivery over two weeks after they picked up my furniture

These people are not movers, they are brokers - they quote you a price that they don't actually set, and then book a company that then charges you a different price (mine was over 50% more, which I found out on my move out day). Their communication efforts are very weak (emailing them does nothing, have to call to get any response) and they have no power in the process as far as delivery time, pricing, additional fees, etc. They are phonies and I suggest booking directly with a moving company rather than using these guys.
