Although movers are experienced, somewhere outstanding others not so much. We still are looking for certain items--no telling what else got lost along the way. Filed a claim for damaged, poorly wrapped and handled wooden cabinet & lost pieces to a stained-glass lamp. Filed a claim Nov 9, no check rec'd as of Dec 11! We couldn't find replacement pieces for lamp, so we had to buy a new lamp! Check does not cover the replacement of cabinet & lamp. Repeat excuse is the person who 'cuts' check is out but it will be mailed. Since no check has been received, I want all to know that the 2.4 star rating by Yelp! may be too high.
