DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK ANY MOVING JOBS. THEY WILL DO NOTHING BUT LIE TO YOU AND THEN MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL WHEN THE MOVE GOES BADLY. AND IT WILL GO BADLY. The company they "hired" for me was the absolute worst. They showed up 8 hours late and still packed up the truck until about midnight. The truck they brought was too small and was not the size outlined in the contract. Priceline told me the people would be packing our stuff. This was a total lie. The people that showed up were criminals. How do I know this? My husband speaks Spanish and they didn't know. The two happiest moments were when my husband surprised them by answering a question in perfect Spanish and when one of the morons dropped a elliptical machine on his nose and broke it. Didn't even care that there was blood all over the basement.

BUYER BEWARE: ZERO STARS Priceline Van Lines out of Coral Springs, Florida is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY.....STAY FAR AWAY to Avoid being SCAMMED......I signed a contract with Priceline to move furniture from Arizona to Pennsylvania. On the day of the move, a rude, non-English speaking man arrived in a Penske truck for which he immediately insisted that I owed additional fees. When I displayed my Contract indicating that I already paid, he drove off. To date, this DECEPTIVE Company refused to reimburse me even though services were never rendered.

Complete fraud. Ruined my furniture. Boxes are all broken and ransacked. Price shot up to 4x what the quote was. Never use this scam company. Total ripoff. I was paid to remove my bad review and then put it back.

I've been trying to get a hold of this moving company for over a week now via email and phone calls. No response to emails and the phone number is always busy. Their website is also not found. I'm beginning to think this company is a cover for scam and will be contesting the charges with my credit card company if I don't hear back from within the next few days.

They will take more than they state in the contract for the deposit, and then charge a 20% cancellation fee to cancel! They require 45 days to process a refund minus the 20%. They charged me $3887.00 for my move and took $1963.00 from my account for the deposit. Even though the contract states that the deposit is only 10% of the total. I cancelled well before the cancellation date, and now have to wait 45 days for a partial refund. I doubt I will see that. The link to the wesbite is broken and the phone number is a marketing line that takes you to a different moving company, so you can only contact them by email which they answer once a day. Also, the sales rep will give you a number to call or text, but you either get a busy signal or no response to texts. I have had to involve my bank, but Im still not likely to get a refund.
