    False promises

    Been promised 2 weeks in a row that it will come “next Week”….the manager yelled at my husband and I’m still waiting for my diabetic medication. They don’t care. Total lack of customer service. Won’t even tell us where our truck is! We’d happily rent a truck and go get our stuff! Even when they picked our belongings up they said we were over our limit but would accept a large tip not to report it! Very shady!

    Worst Experience of My Life

    There isn't enough character to warn you away from these people. The DESTROYED every single piece of furniture I own. They could clearly care LESS about doing a good job. They extorted more money out of me by threatening to leave the rest of my belongings on the curb. Run.. Fast. Away...
