   They did not show up. No answer nor callback.

   The company never showed up. I called them at 8 am and was told they were on their way. Hours passed and nothing. I tried calling the same number through which I got the quote and sent the source and destination addresses but no answer. I found, and called, an alternative number to which a lady answered. She told me she would call be back after shortly, never happened so I called back. She came up with "THE CAR BROKE DOWN" story. Since 8am they told me they were on their way, I was able to communicate with liar lady at 2:30pm. Only to receive fake apologies and still said the driver would call me back shortly. Its 3:35pm and nothing. Could they not have notified me they were delayed or broken down? The driver still does not answer my calls..

   Do Not Book This Moving Company.

   First of all I had a appointment who's Alexa moving company on July 15 they texted me on July 14 at 11:34 pm to cancel my move. Not even a 24 hour notice. Then I scheduled a appoint for today August 13 for 1 pm the lady calls me at 12:34 to tell me they have to push my appoint back to 3pm 3pm comes around no call no show so I call them they tell me they are doing another move it will be pushed back to 5 or 6pm they then text me about 3:05 to tell me they have to cancel and I can find somebody else to help me. They are so careless unprofessional and rude. I recommend you NOT TO EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

   The Worst.

   Scheduled for 9 am on a Saturday. They didn't show up. I called them and they told me their truck broke down and a mechanic was coming to them to fix it. (I had to call them to find this out). I had to call them again about an hour later. This time Bill told me they were going to have to tow the truck and so we would have reschedule. So like a fool I rescheduled for the next day (Sunday) at 1 pm. They showed up an hour late to my apartment. (No apology or explanation given.) One of the guys was asleep in the truck while the other guy was starting to take things downstairs. I literally had to go and wake him up to do his job. They ended up breaking a stool and a lamp at some point during the move. (No apology given). Once they uploaded everything and I paid them, I soon realized that they left the glass top to my dinning room table and my desk at my old apartment. (I later found out that they were sitting outside the old apartment and they never loaded them on the truck.) Also, my new next door neighbor was nice enough to give them some water and soda because it was hot outside. These guys had the nerve to leave the empty bottles and cans laying on the ground right in front of our doors. UNBELIEVABLE. An angry, yet profanity free text to the owner (Bill) went unanswered.

   Didn't show up after booking despite repeated confirmations. We had to call someone else at last hour after paying 4 times.

   Kept me waiting all night, never showed.

   Alexa movers was scheduled to come out at 6 today, a Friday. Talked to them at 6, they told me they'd let me know if they had trouble finding the apartment. Called them at 7, they said they were running behind - someone would DEFINITELY be out tonight. This went on until after 9pm when they finally tell me that the job before me (supposedly a 2 hour job that turned into a 7 hour job) still had hours left and they would not be here today. Meanwhile, I have paid for an extra day at my new place and have literally everything packed including clothes and toiletries. Avoid at all costs.

   Don't Use This Company To Move Your Things.

   I highly recommend NOT to use Alexa's Moving Company. They damaged several pieces of furniture and accessories. They didn't even wrap any pieces. They tore up my expensive leather sofa trying to get it through a door and tore up the door jam. It has to be sanded and re-painted. They said they were wrapping items when they got them to the truck. That was a lie. Nothing was wrapped.They drove off in the truck and didn't even tell me they were leaving. They were carrying my pictures by the wire to hang them with. The owner's name is Michael John. He hangs up on me when I call. My attorney said to go file a law suite which I will be doing this week. A friend of mine was going to use them but when they showed up and he saw how unprofessional they looked he told them to leave. They also go by Premium Movers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!
