   Wonderful Company.

   My move went perfect. Customer service was a pleasure to work with. Debra was responsive and very informative. The estimate is very accurate and very easy to understand. They packed so carefully that there was not one single item that was broken. The crew was polite and professional. I took about to weeks for them to get my house in California. The movers put everything back to together and in the appropriate rooms. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants a good price and professional service. I want to thank John and the entire crew that helped with this stressful process.

   After my stuff was on the truck I was asked and shown a paper saying they were to receive a tip. They informed me that 15 to 20 % was the norm. That should have been explained to me up front. No one told me up front that I would be asked for a tip of $300 plus dollars.

   No Responsibility for Lots of Damage

   The price went from 8,000 to 15,000 after the van was mostly loaded. When signing paperwork, I noticed that the delivery company title wasn't AIO, nor did their DOT #s match. A short-tempered worker at the other end of the phone could not duly account for the discrepancies, but assured me "All in One" would deliver. After writing all over the paperwork that "All in One" was the only company authorized to deliver, a company named, "ACIRFA" delivered. ACIRFA showed up in an unmarked truck, 7 1/2 hours later than they had scheduled themselves on the day of delivery. The delivery foreman seemed angry or torqued up on substances and refused to take furniture up the two steps inside. His assistant seemed fearful, hurried needlessly and ended up dumping 5 bins over the ramp's edge. There were lots of broken glass and valuables. We begged ACIRFA to bring in one thing, which was a mistake. The foreman violently slammed our hutch into the wall and floor, causing damage to all three, and knocked the hutch so badly out of alignment that the door won't open. All in One's "Insurance Co." refused to pay for the repairs, even for receipts that were submitted. This pathetic company won't take responsibility for anything.

   Move from Connecticut to Michigan

   I contacted this company for my move from Connecticut to Michigan, the move was scheduled on 8/20/2021. I spoke to customer care rep Alan and I wanted my stuff to be delivered as soon as possible which was next week. He said that is possible, that was the whole reason I went with them otherwise was moving through uhaul pods. He assured me that my belongings would arrive that coming week ( week of 8/23 - 8/27) I confirmed with him many times! When the moving company arrived I told them that I am expecting next week so he asked me to put in ASAP in the date and he said it will arrive by 8/23 or 8/24. I waited almost 2 weeks and called them in first week of September, they said my stuff is loaded in the truck and it will start in few days, I stressed them to give me an ETA and the representative refused rudely. I waited for a week or 10 days and called them again the rep told me that the truck has already left and the driver will call me 24-48 hrs prior to delivery. I was waiting for the delivery. By the 9 out of 10 times no one picks the call, and Alan once picked the call and immediately hung up and after that my number is blocked, he is the biggest fraud. I waited again for a week to 10 days, called them .. at that time one super rude rep (forgot her name) said he would call the driver and put me on hold., the call was on hold for 20+ Mins and she didn’t put me back.. I then understood something is very wrong, all this while I was being positive. So I hung up and called them again, this time demanding them to give me real reason. This time Adriana put me on hold to check and told me that there has been some confusion and my stuff never made it to the truck.. now it will take another 2-3 weeks to get! I got so frustrated and waited. I called them 3 days back again and she told me my stuff is on the truck and I will get it in 3-4 days and she would email me.. it is 9/26 today and I don’t have any information about my stuff or any email or anything at all. I have very important things in my package, I never expected this kind of service from any company and I never had this horrible experience till now. This company is big fraud, please don’t trust them and don’t do business with them.

   Horrible DO NOT USE THEM… Run away from them

   Negative 100000 stars !!!! Stay away from this company! Not reliable! Sell packages with dates which they don’t honor and then ruin your move! Horror # 1 was: I had a scheduled move on a Thursday get a call Wednesday after 12 in the afternoon to be told they can’t pick up my move due to not having a truck to pick me up! When I ask for another date they tell me I would have to wait till Saturday and they could not confirm! I had to fight and beg for a confirmation for the next available date! They then confirm that! Horror #2: they pick up my stuff 7/31 ask me to chose my delivery date, which I did 8/8, they no show no call, I call and ask when my stuff will be delivered they tell me they have 15-21 days to deliver my stuff and I didn’t have to worry they put it in storage! I never asked for storage (boxes where infested but giant ants) disgusting!!! I was told by Steve there disgusting lying sales person that they had weekly deliveries to Florida which was another lie. Called weekly and my stuff was never put on a truck to come to me till I threatened to report them to the better business and get a lawyer. Horror # 3: They tell me it will be on the truck and I call a week later to why I have not gotten a call they tell me it never got on the truck, Adriana then tells me it never got on truck and I didn’t call weekly so she didn’t need to tell me it didn’t go out…. At this point I have lost my mind and ask for a manager because yet again another lying disgusting employee does nothing to help me! The manager Christine is even worse she tells me she will look into things and never calls back or emails me (3 times) Horror # 4: I had to beg for my stuff to be put on the truck because now I have slept on the floor for 30 days with a heart conditions and lupus! My stuff shows up 31 days later with 3 broken items and missing screws boxes crushed. They never offered any discounts or apologies… DO NOT USE THEM! I still plan on reporting this company to consumer affairs and the better business bureau!!!! They lie and hold your stuff hostage!! Oh and then I’m told by the gentleman that delivered my stuff why am I filling out the money order from the Postal Service that the company requires because they are the ones that are moving it and not the company so basically I felt like I was also being hustled and stolen from by the two gentleman that delivered my items! They should be closed down!!!

   Find another company.

   All In One was GREAT while they were pitching me and taking my money BUT once my belongings were on the truck, the story changed COMPLETELY!! Let's be clear: The crew that picked up my belongings was PHENOMENAL!! They deserve so much credit for hauling 116 items down 5 flights of stairs in NYC BUT the customer service once my things were in transport SUCKED and the delivery crew cared less about doing a great job. The WORST PART is AIO has LOST 20 boxes/bins which include many irreplaceable items. They also delivered 2 personalized children's items to me and told me to find other kids to give these items to. I have to believe that is the same response the drivers/company told the customers who received MY items. To make matters EVEN WORSE, Steve doesn't answer or return my calls (he had no problem calling me before the move) AND Kelly responds to my calls like I'm BOTHERING her as she's the primary customer service rep. This company had ONE JOB and they fouled it up royally!!

   Sales pitch contradicted actual service.

   When I contracted with All In One Moving, they pitched 6-9 days from date of pick up. They picked up items on August 21st. The message left for sales rep for arrival date went unreturned. When I called the company, they said they had up to 21 days to deliver from August 28th. So end of September. 5-6 weeks possibly. The person who answered the phone hung up. People contract movers on transparency and honesty. Nothing they pitched was the result. Their response: Oh sorry, we will talk to Steve. Will keep you posted whether items arrive. But only use companies that have references and if they don’t deliver, then report them for false business practices. This was a full-on bait and switch pitch.

    Move from Philadelphia to California.

    This move was so trying. I had scheduled for my stuff to arrive on November 16th. It took them another 11 days for my stuff to arrive. And when I called on the 15th to confirm that my stuff would be arriving on the 16th, I got told that my belongings didn't leave Philadelphia until the 14th. My belongings got picked up from my former residence on November 2nd! For 12 days, it just sat in storage. Why? I don't know. Also, getting in contact with them was like pulling teeth out. They didn't respond to email (after I had given them deposit and picked up my belongings), and they wouldn't pick up the phone unless I called them multiple times. Lies and delays were what I got. They couldn't even tell me what day the driver would be arriving and refused to give me the phone number of the driver multiple times. It was only 12 hours before the driver arrived that they deigned to give me the number. In terms of the driver, he was very good. I'm not sure if he had anything to do with my stuff being left in storage until the 14th, so I'm going to assume he didn't. He was fast and very communicative. He moved my belongings without no damage. He worked fast and efficiently, put together everything that I asked for and helped double check to make sure that all my belongings were in my apartment before he left. I would advise everyone to never use this company unless you want a stressful move and to sleep on air mattress for almost two weeks.
