   Well Done!

   I was very satisfied with this movers. The crew showed up right on time, did a really professional job, and were very polite and friendly. Nothing scratched, bumped, or broken. Great company all around it seems, and cost was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again. Specially thanks to Jerry who was coordinator of my all move!

   Smooth and nice service!

   I am happy to choosing this company. The company deliver what they promised. It was very fast delivery and everything arrived in same condition what was pick up. I definitely recommend this company for my future moves or my friends.

   Delivery was 2-3 weeks late, every time I call , I get a different excuse on devilry date, some times are missing!!, broken furniture!! some items were not labeled or lost their labels on the truck some items with no labels or missing labels , so you have to figure out which one is yours on delivery day, the driver refused to bring stuff down before I pay the renaming amount and charged 80$ extra to bring stuff from the truck to the apartment ? before delivery, I was told if any item is missing then the insurance will pay for it , after delivery, things now changes Jerry told me that he only responsible for the furniture if broken and I can't bill insurance because the itmes were not packed by him and he doesn't know what is inside and what is the value of the items, and even if the insurance pays it will 60 cent per Lbs!! I filled the claim form , waiting for 6 months, nothing happen called Jerry and he offered less that 25% of broken furniture value !! Be aware and never use this company.

   PICK-UP - INCOMPETENT RUDE THUGS. WAS ALSO TOLD BY GERRY THAT ONE TRUCK ONLY - FURNISHINGS WOULD NOT BE MOVED FROM TRUCK TO TRUCK - LIE. AFTER WAITING CLOSE TO 4 WEEKS, NO ONE EVEN KNEW WHERE TRUCK WAS. DAY OF DELIVERY: EVERYTHING DAMAGED, BROKEN ITEMS WERE BEYOND REPAIR. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE MAD THAT THEY HAD TO BRING ITEMS INTO ROOMS OF APT. JUST WANTED TO LEAVE AND DID APOLOGIZE FOR ALL THE DAMAGE - CLAIMED THEY ONLY RECEIVED ITEMS AFTER BEING CHANGED IN & OUT OF TRUCKS THREE TIMES. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT OUT OF BUSINESS BACK THEN. I ASSUMED THEY WERE. PLEASE BEWARE - ALSO EVERYTHING WAS LIES - CHARGES, ADDED ON DAY OF PICK-UP - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

   Moving.

   I thought everything was good the nightmare came getting delivery. I had them stored my things for mint well it took almost another month after taught them they could deliver the things. When they were received it was a mess all the boxes were broke damage broken items. Had to keep calling. Then left item in warehouse where storage took another 3 weeks to get that. Item was deliver not all parts were received call them had argue until I could feel my pressure rising. They started out good but ended horrible funny they wanted cash cash. I wouldn’t recommend them for long distance maybe local. Unhappy customer.

   Where is the missing box?

   We got our boxes out of storage and discovered we were in possession of one that was not ours.  It is an unlabeled box of linens and clothing.  One of ours is therefore missing - it has clothing including a long ladies winter coat.  I sent an email and left two voice mails with the company in the last 10 days with NO response from All National Van lines.  Funny thing - I wrote a good review immediately after our furniture and boxes were put in storage.  They were fast and on time.  Why they are letting their customer service reputation fail is a mystery.    .

   Un-Professional and Dishonest.

   At First my salesman Jerry was Profissional .Then it went down hill Quickly . I was given a quote ,but after the workers loaded half of the contents of my house , I was told the quote was wrong & it will cost $2,700 more . Confused I tried calling Jerry , who said to call if there was any problems . No answer & no return call . Once the truck arrived in Vegas the nightmare continued . The driver said he needed more money to off-load my furniture at different locations . This was already contracted in the first place . Again Jerry was called & again no answer or return call . Bottom line he faulted was $6400 then $2400 was added = $8,800 . Then another $350.00 making the grant total $9,150.00 . So to EVERONE who is even thinking about using ALL NATIONAL VAN LINES BEWARE THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN THEIVES !! .
