They did a fabulous job!!!
Immediately after doing a walk through they were wrapping up furniture and loading boxes. They were very careful with our belongings and worked very efficiently. We were very happy with the organized moving process: estimate, packing, professionalism, packing and unpacking and actually caring about our furniture and personal items.

Timing was also efficient!
From start to finish this was an amazing crew. The representative who came out to give me an estimate, the office help who called to check on how things were going, and how it went afterwards, and the crew was amazing. They were funny; they were hard-working; they didn’t waste a minute. They knew I could not reach up to get things down and they reminded me of that and they checked in on what I needed packed, where I needed to put in the new house, and amazing Kuba unpack the truck totally by himself. Timing was also efficient and reliable

They were efficient!
Wow! I simply can’t say enough wonderful things about american direct movers and the crew that helped us move! We had the incredible ‘Chapo Crew’ during our move in the western burbs! They made me actually enjoy the moving process! The whole crew was so kind and efficient! They treated all my belongs with the care they would treat their own homes. What a work ethic these guys have! They were working nonstop from 9a-6p to get this big move done. An absolute pleasure to work with this crew. I give my highest recommendation to american direct Movers! Thank you!

Fantastic movers!
Had a fantastic move with help from american movers direct. The team of movers were very professional, respectful, and carefully handled my items. They saved me so much money by working quickly and efficiently, moving my studio amount of furniture across town in less than 2 hours. Couldn't have been better, I'll be using them again in the future for sure!

Our American movers direct estimator, James, is a true professional and provided a prompt bid and follow up. The office staff was knowledgeable & courteous. The moving crew comprised of Eugene (an amazing lead), Manu, Billy and Ron were on-time, treated each other with respect and humor. They were hands-down the hardest working crew we have experienced! They are very hard workers!
I have had American movers direct move me twice in the past 5 years. Both times, they had the lowest prices and had very good reviews. They are very hard workers and will ensure all of your belongings go exactly where you want them. They know how many movers and trucks you will need after a short inventory of your house. Both times, they ended up coming in at about $500 under their quotes. Their movers are extremely friendly and quick, but careful. I would highly recommend them for any of your moving needs.

Pleasant experience!
We have used american direct movers several times, and every time it is such a pleasant experience! Today we had two of their people come and pack our kitchen for an upcoming move and the two guys that came were courteous, friendly, efficient, and treated our stuff with the same amount of respect they would treat their own property. If anybody is asking for moving recommendations I never hesitate to suggest American direct movers.

Interstate Moving
On the day of the I was quoted from Broker (American Movers Direct LLC) Estimate of 3195.44. When the movers Super Move USA came I had to give them $17500.00 To even start to load.When I received the items I had to give them another $17500.00 before they would unload. Only one item was wrapped of all my furniture everything had chips and scratches all over plus cracked TV ,dinning chair broke in half, about 1/3 of my items are missing . Now the moving is stone walling on the claim
