   Anthony and his team at BAH did a great job. They were able to pick up and deliver the car in under 5 days. Anthony was very responsive when I called, and was there with answers. This was my first time have a car transported and BAH made it easy and seem less. I will definitely call on them again if needed.

   Excellent service

   We moved our daughters SUV from Austin to CA and back. Both times Ruby from BAH helped. She’s excellent at communicating.The pick up and delivery were absolutely smooth. We have found our moving company!

   Transport golf cart

   Had a very positive experience transporting a golf cart from Texas to Nevada. Ruby answered all of my questions quickly. Jorge was very good about communicating and transporting my cart safely. Bottom line is they delivered what they promised.

   BAH was able to get me a loyal and professional driver to transport 2 cars from Massachusetts to Texas. Both cars were delivered in a timely manner and we couldn’t be happier with the service. My husband and I will be using this service if we should transport cars in the future. Thank you!

   Will say anything to get the job. These guys are complete frauds. Don't waste your time or money. Just find a real reputable shipper. Almost every word out of their mouths was a lie and cost me considerate time and money. Run far and fast away.

   Totally unprofessional and unreliable

   I hired them to move a boat and paid extra for guaranteed pick up. The day of pick up came and they called me demanding $300 after I already put a deposit down. I paid and no one ever arrived. Then I call them and was informed that they decided to cancel my job, right after paying them again, without telling me. I reposted my job and they tried to bid on it again and of course ghosted me when asking where my driver is for the prior job. I doubt this is a real company but children taking money from people online.

   Shocking experience with a completely unethical company

   If I could leave zero stars, I would. I hired BAH Logistics, LLC (6333 Coldwater Canyon Ave #10, North Hollywood, CA 91606) to help me move across the country. From the first, they lied and mismanaged the move. At nearly every point--(1) the pick-up; (2) while my belongings were in transit and (3) when the boxes actually arrived--they were not in touch with the actual shipping company and had no idea where my things were. I had to step in and handle everything myself, even as they lied that they had done so. While BAH partially admitted their lies at first and gave me a very small partial refund, over the course of the month-long SNAFU that followed, they continued to lie to me and also to the shipping company (Rapid Freight, who were wonderful) that actually moved my things. In other words, though they are a logistics company, they did not aid in the logistics of the move at all. The only service BAH actually provided was sending me a telephone number for the actual freight and shipping company--I had to orchestrate the entirety of the move myself. Additionally, after the boxes arrived ten days after BAH's guaranteed date, BAH lied to the shipping company, outrageously telling them I had called the police and a lawyer against Rapid Freight! (Of course I had not.) My attempts to reach a settlement with BAH went nowhere, as they offered a settlement and then retracted their offer--as duplicitous in this as in everything else. Ultimately I had to sue them in the Small Claims Court in Cambridge, Mass. AND I WON. Case #2452SC000744. Court date was March 11, 2025. I received payment from BAH for the judgement in full. But unbelievably, when I posted a review of BAH on UShip, where they had taken the job, they responded in part "To clarify, there was no court case involved. The matter was resolved prior to reaching that stage." That they would continue to lie--the reason I had to sue them in the first place-- is shocking. BAH cannot be allowed to lie to potential customers like that. The other one-star reviews on that site are equally telling. I'll also add they tried to bribe me for a 4-star review, which I only found out in the course of the court case was also illegal. So you cannot know any review left for them here or anywhere else is a genuine one. I'd be happy to provide evidence of every bit of what I'm saying here, as I did in court. I'm sure BAH will respond to this as well with a message full of dishonesty that only further shows their lack of integrity. But the truth is literally public record.

    Total ripoff from very rude company

    After they receive your money, they are totally rude and unprofessional. They charged me $381 for Express delivery ,then upon delivery they charged an additional 1350 when the balance was only $1000. I have not been able to get a refund for my overcharges and they also damaged my vehicle And told me I only had until Monday to turn the information over to their insurance company. They have never gave me their insurance company information and I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional annd rude ever. I just want to be treated fair. Please never use this company they are a total scam .
