   Movers steal your belongings

   The company has deceptive practices and demands payment through apps rather than certified payment options.They caused a lot of damages and claim limits are very low. Some items that had value and could be re-sold online were stolen from the boxes while other low value items were not taken. This is theft. Buyer beware!!

   Absolutely the worst service you WILL ever experience. I sincerely warn you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS AT ALL! Every person you speak to is a smart mouth disrespectful scammer! It's so bad that they rather change the name of the company time and time again rather than do anything to improve customer service. I honestly don't know how they have the audacity to operate as a company with such poor handling of folks personal property, customer service, etc. As I said, if you don't care about your things definitely use this company, if you don't want your items to get to you in piece then definitely use this company. They gave me a contract of $2,451 moving from GA to CA. I was told I wouldn't get my things unless I paid $3,200. OH! And they broke my 65' television and offered me $80. I can't tell you how to throw your money around but throwing it anywhere near this company would be a HUGE MISTAKE! HUGE! You will truly regret using this company. I know what you're thinking, it won't happen to me. Oh yes tf it will! We ALL can't be lying, right? I mean all of us in different parts of the country telling the same lie about the same company? All of us having the exact same experience? Nahhh. Don't say we didn't try to warn you. #STAYAWAY

   Worst moving experience of my life.

   Where to begin… broken furniture, missing furniture, damaged furniture. Eli from the customer support will hang up on you the moment you ask about delivery to where you have to call again until someone else picks up. Many boxes with rat feces with stuff having to be thrown out. Deliver took 25 days from pickup. Never asked to use them but it got brokered out. Worst moving experience of my entire life. Stay far far away.

   AVIOD THIS "COMPANY" AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! I didn't hire these people, I went through a broker, never again. They delivered my items on a day my loading dock was closed, MANY of my items arrived damaged including a $2000 tv. They over charged me and packed items NOT on the inventory list, they hardly pick up, don't care for your concerns....I cannot say enough horrible things. Their "dispatcher" or "supervisor" is a joke and so unprofessional. I'm so happy I don't have to deal with these people now, they design this process so they have all the power and your things.

   The worst moving company on the map..Doubled the price, broke and damaged alot of personal property. Lost my rollers to bedroom furniture and lost some boxes of clothing I never received Nobody wanted to take responsibility... This company should not be able to operate

   1,000 dollar damage and no one took responsibility

   I recently moved, I drove all my delicate stuff and I am so grateful for that they only had to move some boxes and my furniture. My tall dresser, new TV set, and my night stand where damaged and no one follow up with the claim the say they have insurance but they are not covered and no one calls you nor tries to help you. The driver was suspended and tried to helped me with the claim but no one was responsive. 1,000 damage, and no one took responsibility. They charge so much money and claim to be professionals, and they are not covered.

   Scammers and extortion

   A broker from NJ hired this company to do a relocation job from New Orleans to Chicago. I was quoted $1991 with a $300 discount. I put down $828 for deposit to secure the date of move and the fee was applied to the amount. I was charged up the yin Yang from stair fee, going over cubic feet, and insisted on the gratuity to be paid separately via Venmo along the stair fee in the amount of $550. The amount before the movers left was $1092. That includes the overage of cubic feet. Few days later, not only they offloaded my stuff at a storage unit in Chicago, they charged me a $800 fee for storage and redelivery. When I was quoted from the broker, the storage is free and the mover confirmed that as well. I tried to contact the agent, but the line was busy. I got an email with the final bill before delivery of $1892. I tried an email both broker and moving company. No luck. Yesterday, I finally spoke to someone and he insisted that I pay the whole amount before the delivery. I asked for guarantee and confirmation that it will be delivered on 10/1. He said that’s up to the dispatcher and can give me an ETA. I said that’s not acceptable. I said either deliver it on that day then I will pay you. He said no.

   RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN WORST COMPANY EVER.... I NO LONGER HAVE HALF OF MY BELONGINGS. THE OFFICE ADMITTED THAT THEY STILL HAD MY BELONGINGS AND TOLD ME TO FILE A CLAIM... MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER. THE STUFF I DID RECEIVE WAS DAMAGED. FOREIGNERS OWN THIS COMPANY AND ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY, ALL MY BELONGINGS HAD BEEN GONE THROUGH. STUFF I RECEIVED FROM MY KIDS FOR MOTHERS DAY GONE, STUFF FROM CRUISES I TOOK GONE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... WISH I COULD GIVE THEM BELOW ZERO. THE DRIVERS EXPECT YOU TO GIVE THEM 10% OF WHAT YOUR MOVE COST....

    Bad Experience

    Blue Diamond was contracted by the broker I had hired for an out of state move. From the moment they arrived for pick up of my items, to drop off, was the worst experience. Drivers were very unprofessional and expected a very large tip. Paperwork was not accurate of what was agreed upon with broker. Office staff was rude and would not respond to my voicemails or emails. The icing on the cake was a majority of my items were ruined and/or severely damaged. From reading other reviews, I don't know if I was treated poorly due to this being a contract situation. Either way, I should have been treated with respect like I was a direct customer of Blue Diamond. Would not consider this company in the future and would not recommend.
