The movers were very rude and unprofessional;
If you see Brightside Moving you need to start running as they are the worst moving non moving brokers ever!! Deceptive at so many levels absolutely nothing they said or promised was true. Promise to deliver within 48 hour then changed to 3-10 days low and behold we finally received our furniture on Day #21. The furniture sat in Wisconsin for three weeks as we tracked our belongings. Everyone we spoke with demanded additional money at every damn stage of this stinking move even the QA guy ,the pick up guy and finally the delivery guy who wanted 1400 additional because the freight elevator stopped on the fourth floor and he had to change elevators which would be additional. Once again run away if you see Brightside Moving as they are Horrible absolutely awful. Our 2K move ballooned to 6K once we finished totally the Worst experience with any company ever Once again Run if you see them they are HORRIBLE!!
