   Kwane and William did an excellent job, were exceedingly nice and went above and beyond to make sure the furniture was placed just right. I highly recommend them!!

   Commercial Removal - Heavy IT Equipment.

   A logistically demanding move from a secure location requiring special handling skills. This was a repeat operation, the last one was about four years ago. The execution was flawless (on time, within the budget, property management happy with protocols followed). I would highly recommend these folks for any moves of sensitive equipment or working in a sensitive environment.

   I just wanted to say how pleased I am with this company. I had them deliver our living room furniture. I am especially pleased with Kwane Lamb and Marcus Davis. They were prompt, careful, and courteous. They made sure I was happy with the furniture and their work before leaving. Great job guys!

   Move in and all our stuff from storage.

   Mike Kelitholokai was our crew chief for both moves. The original move and the secondary move from storage. Both moves went without a hitch. Mike made whatever we needed happen. He was on time , polite and personable. A hard worker. He was always looking out for the safety of his crew while constantly making sure our property was handled properly. Our storage move crew Donald, Drake and David were very pleasant efficient and courteous.

   I want to thank Tami Anderson and her crews for all of the excellent service and help that was accorded to the City of Centennial during 2016. The City undertook a 3.5 million dollar remodel in which the phase moves of the City staff and equipment was primary to the overall success of the project. Tami Anderson and her crews were professional, courteous, reliable, and responsive to the City's needs and concerns. We could not have achieved the high level of service without Tami.    I had an excellent moving experience working with James Stevens of Buehler Moving and Storage relocating from Boulder, Colorado to Kaneohe, Hawaii. James quote for the move was the most competitive of multiple quotes I received.  I needed a quick move in less then three weeks when I contacted the company and they immediately said yes they could accommodate me and James was out the next day to start the process for the quote.  James was very responsive and a good communicator throughout the process.  He was very accommodating working with my new employer to comply with their payment processes. On moving day the team in Boulder were very professional pleasant to interact with and very respectful.  They arrived on time and were very efficient.  Their packing skills were exceptional as every single piece of furniture, glassware, and household goods arrived in pristine condition- I was so thrilled!  Buehler held my things in storage while I waited to finish buying a home.  When my purchase was completed the time from leaving Boulder and arriving in Hawaii was three weeks.  The team on the Island from Royal Hawaiian Movers were also a great team timely and fast on their delivery with no damage and respectful of the house and property. Again I want to emphasize the exceptional packing and handling of all of my property.  For such a long haul and multiple points of loading and unloading and time crossing the ocean to have everything arrive without any issues was just fantastic. My experience was excellent. Mahalo nui loa.

   Our delivery service from Steph and Alex was excellent. We had to have them bring in the sofa using an outdoor staircase, which they did without a problem. They were friendly and efficient. Our sofa looks wonderful in our new office space. Thanks Steph and Alex!Steph and Alex were the 2nd delivery team from Buehler. The first team was incredibly disappointing. They weren't able to fit our sofa in the elevator, and then refused to attempt to try to take the sofa up either of the other stair routes. They simply decided that they weren't going to attempt our delivery.So glad we didn't return our item based on the first delivery team's feedback. We are so happy with our new couch. Thanks Steph and Alex and thanks to Home Direct for sending us a new delivery team!

   Alex & Stephanie were superb!

   I ordered a queen size mattress set from QVC, and it was delivered today.  I was unable to ever actually answer the phone when Buehler's delivery service phoned me, but they left very detailed, professional messages.  I also filled out the website from the information left on my voicemail.  The office procedures were superb. I was also very comfortable and happy with Stephanie and Alex.  They were the friendly, comfortable type of folks I like to deal with.  They were professional and even fun.  I would highly recommend these services to my friends and family. Thank you!

    Customer Service.

    I would like to say thank you very much for delivering my furniture today.  My delivery was scheduled in a 4-hour window and I received a courtesy call to inform me they were on the way.  I received friendly and courteous service from Stephanie and Alex.    I've had several things delivered by others recently, and the customer service just wasn't there.  Stephanie and Alex were very friendly.  They delivered my product as I expected and explained my product and delivery status.  On a scale of 1-10 and 10 as excellent, I rate their service as 10 - excellent.  My delivery status was bronze, but the customer service was gold.  Thanks again for sending out people who care about their customer's product for delivery and representing their company.  .
