   Terrible and Massive over Charge

   AVOID this company. They lost 2 boxes of irreplaceable heirlooms, furniture, broke items and lamps, over charged by approx. $2000, didn't actually weight the shipment as the contract states. They refused to correct this any way after multiple attempts. They refused to wear masks in both locations the entire duration of the move though it was peak Covid (end of March) and mandated by law in both Alberta and BC. They are the least professional company I have ever come across and I have been in supply chain management for 30 years. Be careful giving them a credit card if you chose to ignore the countless negative reviews and hire them anyway. In my case and many other reviews I have now read, they will over charge it significantly, without your permission at times more than once. We were given an estimate on the phone of max 7000lbs. Once the company came to see what the load would be (they sent Aftab) he said max 5500lbs and that they weigh it (hence the added weight scale fee that we were charged for). They did not weight it and just charged for the full 7000lbs, even though Aftab, once the truck was partially full said his estimate was correct and it should be approx. 5500lbs and will be billed accordingly once they went and weighed it. Ron admitted they did not weigh the shipment becuase apparently "he's been in the business long enough to know the exact weight by looking at the load once on the truck". He could not produce a weigh scale document, as it was never weighed. . We had also hired Aftab directly to take away extra junk - after he and his team emptied the house. So he knew exactly what was left, plus we provided him pictures room by room. Aftab quoted $400 FIRM said it would be 2 guys, 2 hours. Without any invoice or conversation Ron proceeded to charge the credit card on file that is not even mine (we said we were paying cash for this portion) $1800.00 and wrote on the invoice (that I had to jump through hoops to get) that it was 10 hours and 3 guys. We had a property manager on site the entire time and a neighbours camera that clocked the guys in and out in under 2.5 hours for this as quoted. Even though Buhlers then agreed that the guys where there only 2ish hours after many calls and Sue acknowledged she knew we were way over charged - NOTHING was credited back. They just stopped returning phone calls or replying to emails. They are all in on this - Sue, Ron, Aftab. They each say something different and point fingers/blame one another for miscommunicating but ultimately manage to swindle the customer out of a lot of money and provide a terrible service. We now have half our china set missing for ever and a dining room chair to complete the set gone, amongst other things. Ron sends his guys out representing the company (in our case Aftab), they give the estimate, bring the contract, have you sign it and make all these promises and provide quotes for other services they offer on the spot (junk removal etc)- then behind the scenes Ron just goes ahead and charges any credit card on file for far more than what was agreed upon. If you want to be mislead, have your belongings go missing and be broken the to be over charged massivley-then these people are for you. If you search on line you will find many similar bad reviews. Same with if you head to the BBB site and look them up, so many complaints. If I had not been so grief stricken when having to empty my parents house I would have done my research and NEVER used this company. Worst Experience EVER!

   BEWARE NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

   I BOOKED A TRUCK, CANCELLED WITHIN 1 DAY DUE TO DISTANCE BETWEEN THEIR COMPANY AND MY MOVE. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN 200.00. SO THEY GOT 200.00 WITHIN 24 HOURS FOR DOING NOTHING. MY MOVE WASNT TIL MAY 19TH..but apparently they turned down lots of jobs due to my deposit.

   Worst experience

   I was quoted 1500$ and was later charged 2000$ without my consent. It took me days to get a hold of Ron about this and was then told too bad I signed the contract!… The delivery was made a day late and 3 large items that they moved were broken. It again took me some time to finally get a response on how they handle damages. He made the process so difficult that I have now given up as he refuses to send me a claim form from the insurance company I now believe that he doesn’t have!!

   Local moving in Calgary.

   This "company" move my 2 bedroom condo on July 1. 2020. My suggestion is to stay away from this "company". My experience is as follows: 1. Delayed 2 and half hours. 2. Overcharged me by using 9 hours for actual work of 6.5 hrs. 3. Disconnected my office suite and never put that together which made me additional cost. 4. Dropped boxes and furniture everywhere. And finally: Lost one office box with valuable content. and important documents.

   Worst ever experience.

   If I could give them -10 I would. I asked them for a walkthrough and a quote for packing and moving. They sent a driver,Craig. They quoted me 135x3 men plus travel plus gst. 8/9 hours: about $1350 plus tax. On moving day, ten minutes after they arrived,Craig said he underestimated, he needed more boxes and on more man. I had no choice but to agree. Around 2 pm they started fidgeting, and wanted to leave . I pointed out that there was still a full closet, pictures on the wall, in cabinets, boxes,but they were on the truck, said they had no more boxes and space on the track,but would not move. I had no choice. At my new home they started unloading boxes all over, disregarding my indication. Craig told me that I should pay the 4th man with cash, 145$ there is no mention of that on the invoice. Paid $1480.50 Two days later I call the company and tell them about the garbage pick up that Craig had promised, and tell the owner they left a bunch of stuff behind. They seemed scandalized. The next day I had an emergency with my mom and could not be present for pick up and delivery . They charged me $1097.25 for labour, materials,travel and 50$ dump fee plus gst. *Quote $1400 circa *Moving day $1480.50 +145 in black *2nd to move stuff they deliberately left behind(some dump) $1097.26..is this fair, I do not think so, they had a walkthrough, they left stuff deliberately behind and they charge the customer? Do not trust them, they take advance of your distress On moving day to cheat you out of your moving.the crew nice,the driver despicable,(favours black labour, the company knew nothing about the 4th man)the owner..I better not say. Worst ever experience. I moved 4 times across ocean with containers, this move of 8km was, in comparison, the most expensive.

   DO NOT HIRE this company. I made that mistake in June 2014. I provided my deposit and signed a supposedly insured contract. The first warning was when his staff showed up to pick up in Calgary a day late. I flew to Halifax hopeful that my belongings would arrive within two weeks. The movers never showed. I discovered my belongings had been placed by Buhler's movers on a semi-trailer hauling drugs including heroin. CBSA, ALERT & RCMP arrested two movers in Edmonton, discovering $9 million in drugs. Those two movers had been in my condo, handling my stuff. Everything I owned was on that truck. Instead of an apology or assistance, I received angry denials from Buhler. I had to track down my belongings at a Toronto warehouse and hired another company to deliver to Halifax, though much was damaged upon arrival. I pursued legal action in hopes of resolving this financial, emotional nightmare. I won the small claims case and two appeals. Four years on, I have yet to receive a single cent legally owed, nor an apology.    Horrible company.

   Ron Buhler is a crook and an extortionist. He quoted $1500 and one month free storage in Calgary. He then played on my ex and me for more money. He wrote and changed the contract to suit his needs (white out and all). He threatened to keep all of my belongings and take it to auction. I called the police. They advised pay now, sue later. This was the worst experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, HE CAN'T BE TRUSTED. Please read all of the reviews. I wish I did before choosing this loser.

   Super shady and unethical!

   Ron is sleazy and unethical. I had him come in and give me a quote and when he quoted me, he was the highest quote from all of the quotes that I had. He came at the same time that another quote was coming and I asked him not to talk to the other person to ensure that there was no collusion going on. The first thing he does when he gets outside is go talk to the other person. I wasn't happy with that. Anyways, he calls me a week later or so and I tell him that I won't be using him. Thought that would be the last I hear from Ron, but then I get a call last week and someone (he made it sound like he wasn't Ron and someone else in the industry) is asking about my quotes and said that he heard that a couple places quoted me at 12,000 lbs and 7,000 lbs (which is what they both came in at). I was confused as why he knew those numbers, but at any rate I explained that those numbers might change as we were getting rid of a lot of things. I told him that I was out of town, but I already selected my mover and that the mover I selected was coming on a Thursday to give me a new estimate based on everything I was getting rid of. Next thing you know, I'm getting a call from my wife saying that someone came to my house (being very persistent and aggressive) telling her that I told them to come for a new estimate. I spoke to him on the phone and told him that we had selected our mover already and that this wasn't acceptable. When we got off the phone, my wife told me he was upset and saying "I don't know what his problem is, why doesn't he want to save some money?!" Anyways, dirty tactics, and super shady. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

    Absolutely horrible.

    All positive reviews are most likely done by friends and family on here. Ron is the most immature moron I've ever spoken too. All negative reviews pretty much sums up my experience with this horrible company. He will speak over you and argue with you saying it's you fault your things went missing. They lost over five thousand dollars worth of my stuff and they have been telling me that my stuff is at some other guys place. After wating close to a month they tell me it's not there and I did not buy insurance, I asked why you did not give me the option of buying insurance and his response was we never offer it because you and others pack your own belongings and insurance will not cover it. They lost my son's memorabilia from when he was born and clothes he was given that he never even wore yet! His website states they are insured and on my quote it says I have insurance included but now all of a sudden I don't? He then said well you signed the release of my items, what am I supposed to? If I did not sign they keep my stuff, and the worst part is they told me not all my stuff was here and I need to wait another week!! Ron is a horrible human being SERIOUSLY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM, HE IS A SNAKE AND WILL RIP YOU OFF AND KEEP SOME OF YOUR STUFF AND SAY YOU DON'T HAVE INSURANCE AND PROBABLY SELLS IT AFTER. I am going to go on every website I possibly can and write a review for this criminal. I am going to go to every media outlet and someone will pick up this story and show the public what type of company this is.
