   Very Happy Customer

   Genuinely impressed. My move was a very long process. I called them back in July and got Tim on the phone. He was incredible the entire time. Tim and Carrie were my main point of contact and they were extremely helpful and informative. Very professional. Both of their customer service skills need to be recognized by the company! On move day, Thomas, Anthony, Muhammad and Stacey were AMAZINGGG! I opted into the packing service they provide, and I am so glad I did. It would have been overwhelming for me and my partner, as it is just us and the three dogs. They got to my house around 10:30am and finished in one day completing all the packing and loading around 9pm that night. I fed them dinner and me and my partner really enjoyed their company. Such a great crew. On Delivery, it was Thomas and Anthony again with two new people. I was told the rotation gave Muhammad and Stacey a couple weeks off from being on the road. The two new young men, who I wont name, seemed a bit on the newer side, but were very hard workers. Anthony is a great boss spending the majority of the time with them to make sure everything was done correctly, so it took two days to complete the delivery (which we were perfectly fine with!). We just got our internet service hooked up and couldnt wait to leave a review of our experience. I just want to thank each and every single one of you guys who helped through this very stressful process. If I had to give anyone any advice, my advice would be to do the full packing that the company offers. I could have never packed things up the way they did. I do have one box that I can tell collapsed a bit under the weight of whatever was stacked on top of it, but nothing was damaged inside. I think next time I would have maybe opted for plastic bins rather than boxes, just my take! Again, thank you thank you thank you City Line for your hard work. We will absolutely recommend you guys to any family and friends who are moving.

   This company did a fantastic job!

   Worth the money. Could not have possibly gone any better. Everyone was on schedule, efficient and experienced. The whole team made our long distance move as smooth and easy as possible. We highly recommend them!

   Unprofessional service.

   I have never experienced as much anger and frustration as I did when dealing with this company and the services they provide (or should I say lack there of). First of all, I would like to say that I waited for over a month for my furniture to get delivered. Customer service originally quoted me January 31st as the anticipated delivery date. My furniture did not arrive until the last week of February. Second, as outlined in my contract I was meant to have no additional hidden fees. That has not been the case AT ALL. When the delivery men came to pick up my furniture I was being quoted different prices per item due to their sizes, costing me more than what was originally outlined in my contract. I was then asked to pay for a shuttle due to the size of the delivery vehicle used by the company. My apartment complex has a size limit for delivery vehicles, I had told customer service about this when we were discussing the details of the move. Customer service reassured me and outlined this in my contract - shuttle services are included in the original cost. However upon arrival I was l asked to pay an extra $300 for a mistake that was made on their part. This is just absolutely outrageous. Every time I tried to call customer service I got transferred or hung up on, and overall customer service has been incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout my move. Lastly, I was told that if I refuse to pay any of the additional incurred fees my furniture would get dropped off at a storage unit for which I would have to pay a daily feel and rearrange delivery all on my own. Terrible, I do not recommend this company!

   Out of Business.

   Our entire move was 5x what they quoted. 15x if you count damage that they are not going to repair since they appear to be out of business now. We asked them to wrap $7,000 chairs BEFORE moving them. They were negligent (barely wrapped them at all) and they were badly damaged as a result. They also ruined our hardwood floors by sliding crates without picking them up. The company appears to be out of business now. If not they are simply avoiding contacting us to get a General Liability insurance claim filed. Do not deal with this company at any cost. They are not professional and they are not good people.
