   Awesome Movers.

   I recently moved my entire family from Victoria to Dumas and crew showed up early, loaded with lightning speed and when we arrived in Dumas unloaded quickly but carefully, everything went smoothly and was prepared correctly, all our valuables made the 12 hour, 670 mile trip undamaged, Victor was very helpful in ensuring our satisfaction and had great customer service, let come and take it move you, they will treat you right!

   Scheduled this clown company one month before move. Due to family death, rescheduled to a Sunday.. M. assured & verified he could get crew. Moving day comes, no movers, they forgot. Crew finally arrived at 6:00pm. Workers on phone, lazy, shoved boxes in truck until 3:30am!Nextday, Drop off location 1 1/2 hrs away, workers left their destination at 2(we were told 10 am), arrived @ 5:30pm. Driver with our larger, not room, forgotten items arrived at 9:00pm. Our expensive grill fell off his trailer, hot tub was damaged, ran over our brick mailbox AND LEFT without notifying anyone. PLUS, forgot 2 birdbaths (no evidence but the driver had “issues “. I will say company’s fixing mailbox & hot tub. M. Told us, “this is what you get when you book a move on Sunday! Quoted: $10,000 ( approximately) Charged $14,600(approx). Workers get paid by the hour…….SLOW, LAZY, DISHONEST

   Not a good experience.

   If I could give them no stars, I would because they don’t deserve it. One of the main reasons I went with these folks is because they say they are spirit based, well, don’t believe it.. after speaking with Mathew and some other man in the background..they were rude and condescending (if you read the responses to the previous complaints, you will see what I mean) so, after taking almost twice the hours in labor, losing cushions for my patio furniture, breaking 3 tables and leaving a load of stuff at my house, to say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement. The correct thing for a business owner to do is apologize and try to make things right , I got a “hell no” from the two persons I spoke to. I asked for $1000.00 to be taken off the cost.. He said he’ll no, we won’t make any money, I guess you will have to file a claim.. $0.60 a pound.. his drivers ended up taking 7 hours off the cost and were very apologetic.. Sweet kids , they understood the gravity of what just happened, now I have to get someone to get the rest of my things from my house before the sale closes on 2/1 so far I will have a fuel charge of $600.00 not sure what the hourly rate would be. So my advice to you is this.. continue looking, find someone with no 1 star ratings and NEVER EVER tolerate someone being hateful, argumentative and condescending in your hour of need. Matthew , perhaps a little humility would go a long way.
