   Awful Experience.

   Please avoid this company. They failed to wrap everything they moved save my dresser, and even then they did not wrap all of it. Much of my furniture is now damaged and they are only offering $100 for my couch, and needless to say that is far below what I would need to repair my furniture. They now tell us we cannot prove the rest of the damage even though the furniture was less than a year old and in near perfect condition. We only used this company because we saved about $100 but I could not regret that decision more. I urge anyone looking for movers to just pay a little extra so that you are not in the position I find myself to be in now.

   No Respect.

   The movers delivered nothing as promised.  They arrived over 3 hours late, didn't bring a big enough truck, charged us for stopping for a long lunch, damaged items, either took or lost a box of fine china, and brought men who were nice guys but had never done a move like this in their life. They didn't bring enough protective blankets or protective materials. We actually had to leave some items at the old house because they did not have a big enough truck even though when I questioned the moving specialist about this prior to the move, she ensured it would be their biggest truck available.  The guys that moved us simply rented a UHAUL!!  We weren't moving an enormous house either. It was a 3 bedroom townhome.  Should not have been a problem. When I contacted customer service, I received ZERO effort to make anything right and they were disrespectful. They claim that they are not brokers, but it sure seems that way, and poor ones at that.

   Poor Service & Damaged Goods.

   The movers were not professional but were day laborers who admitted it was their first time. They didn't use wrapping at all and only had 4 pads for a truck load of furniture. Many pieces of furniture were broken and damaged during the move. The actual move took 18 hours because the truck went to the wrong state (New Jersey) even though they had the address and zip code for Delaware. Competitive Relocation agreed to repair the damaged furniture and removed it from my possession. That was 4 months ago - now they don't answer their phone or return messages and they have not returned my furniture nor given a date when they will. Details - The move of my household goods started on 1/18/13, their truck broke down in the driveway and needed to be unloaded and my household goods were loaded the next day 1/19/13. During the trip from Downingtown PA to Bethany Beach Delaware the furniture in the truck shifted and were broken and severly damaged. The driver noted it on his report. The worst Damaged furniture was: 1.   Patio Table.
