Great Moving Company.
I am a real estate agent that has worked with many clients and many movers, and I love this moving company! They are always very reliable and I recommend them to all of my clients. All of the movers are very polite and will help with anything that you ask them to do. Best Move Ever..Dallas express Movers.
The movers came to my high rise ..garthered all my things with care..they even wraped all my white leather couches is pads and shrink wrap..I did read the other bad review that some lady put on the websites so I asked the owner before I booked this move and he replied she never told the part where Cory gave her a free move of $500.00 and she paid a $100 tip to the guys and bought them beer ..Cory told me that he gave her tip back and a free move ..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I can't thank Dallas Express Movers enough for the good job they did for me & Lisa my friend said the same thing..The team took my items all the way to Atl, Ga with no problems .. I paid them for there hard work..I have sent two more of my firends to them since. Keep up the great work.

Dallas move.
The guys came out moved my 7,000 sq ft house in oneday .. Dallas Express Movers had 2 four men crews working on my house.. boy was I glad.. I hate .. but they took care of everything..warped all my furniture .. Nothing was hurt at all .. The guys had 2 24. Ft trucks so one load each was all we need .. This was excellent .. They even moved my mom 2 days ago to a retirement center .. She is talking about the great job the crew did.. I can't thank them enough.. Good job guys.

The moving crew were excellent! They arrived promptly with great communication beforehand. I really appreciated their positive attitute and willingness to do whatever I asked of them. We had no accidents as they were careful to treat my belongings with care. None of our furniture was damaged in the move and the guys really took the care to adequately wrap each item. We even had some things left unpacked because we ran out of boxes or I didn't know how to pack them (lamps and some hanging clothes we were going to throw in the bed of my husband’s truck). They asked questions and then offered to pack them in moving blankets for me so the remaining items would be safe. If you are like me, you are likely wary when hiring a moving company because you just never know what you’re going to get (like most things in life), but “reliable” is one of the best words I can think of to describe these guysI I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Worst moving experience!
Upon the day of my move (February 19th, 2017), not only were the movers TWO hours late to arrive, but it was also brought to my attention later that only one of the movers was actually qualified to move me. The unqualified mover was the owner (Corey's) cousin named Brandon; of whom was the one that disclosed this information to me directly. During the move it was made very aware that he was clearly not qualified to do the job after I witnessed him dropping my furniture on more than one occasion. He was also not very efficient, as I would find him standing around waiting for direction from Josh (the qualified mover). Not only did the move take entirely way too long, but I was also having to manage them and their work (as well as assist them) throughout the entire move. Upon arrival to my new apartment complex, and as I was unpacking, I noticed damage to more of my belongings. After feeling so disappointed and overwhelmed, I asked Josh to contact Corey directly so that we could try to come to some sort of agreement due to the issues with the move. As I was reluctant to want to even pay for the services because of the damages to my belongings, Corey gave me his word directly via phone that we could resolve this at a later time and that in the meantime he would waive the trip fee and send someone out to repair the damages upon my emailing him pictures of the damages (which I sent on 2/24/2017). On good faith, I have been patient in my expectations of a furniture repair man coming to my home to repair the damages, or to come to some sort of other agreement or resolution with Corey directly. Through my numerous documented attempts to resolve my issues with Corey directly, he still has not followed through with his promise. I now unfortunately find myself relegated to resolve this on my own time. In my final effort to be fair and righteous, I have now filed a formal dispute with the credit card company that I used to pay for my services rendered by A List Movers in the meantime, as well as contacted the BBB directly.

Not a good moving company.
Movers were slow.It took them over 3 hours for just a 1 bedroom 1st floor. One of the guys forgot to put one of the support beams back on my bed. I asked him to put it on and he agreed. Later I asked if he had put it on and he said yes. So when I checked he hadn't put it in place properly at all. He just propped it there hoping I wouldn't check. When I confronted him about it he's reply was "the bed doesn't really need it anyway". At that point I realized this company wasn't trustworthy nor professional. Just lied right to my face. So I had to physically sit there and watch them take my bed apart again so that he could properly place the beam on my bed. The also removed the cord from my tv and now can't find it. Horrible service. I'll be reporting to the BBB.

Thieves! Find a reputable company!!
This company is the WORST in Dallas. Learn from my mistakes, do you homework!! Corey only cares about making money. My move was twice as much as he quoted. Worst part is one of his movers STOLE diamond earrings and a radio! I even caught him digging through my jewelry box!! .
