   They were absolutely amazing movers! They handled my furniture with the absolute most care, everyone was so nice in the office, I had to reschedule twice and they didn’t charge me for rescheduling, they were straight to the point and got straight to work upon arrival, I will use their services again.

   They did a wonderful job moving my 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor to another 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Not only did they take great care of my furniture but they also were really cautious of my walls and floors at both apartments. They really do take pride in their work.

   I can't thank these guys enough, they came out and moved my apartment from Atlantic Beach, FL to Mayport, FL in under 5 hours. They did an excellent job, they were quick, clean cut, and very respectful towards me and my belongings, I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is moving, they were phenomenal!    Long distance move from St Augustine to North Carolina

   There’s not enough I can say about this company, Brian came out and gave us an in home estimate, he was really fair with the quote. On the day of the load Brian came out with the moving crew to make sure everything got loaded on safe and securely. These guys busted their butts and got straight to work. Everything was delivered and assembled with NO damage. We have had a lot of trouble with moving companies in the past but this company blows them in the dust.

   I NEVER leave reviews however this experience was SO BAD that I can't not leave one on every platform available to try & save people from using this company. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I have moved many times and worked with several moving companies, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. To start, the crew arrived 3.5 hours late. Of the two movers, only one did the majority of the heavy lifting—my son and I ended up doing just as much, if not more, work than the second mover. Because of this inefficiency, the job took an hour longer than it reasonably should have (I have extensive moving experience and a good understanding of timing). As a result, I was charged for an additional hour, bringing my total to $700 to move just 1.9 miles, plus a short stop at a storage unit 2 miles away. This cost is completely unreasonable given the circumstances. To make matters worse, they did not move all of the items I had requested because they were rushing to leave. Several items were damaged during the move, including broken contents inside boxes and a shattered mirror. They also hit the ceiling with my curio cabinet, which took a chunk out of the wall. After unpacking, I discovered that a glass shelf from my antique curio cabinet is missing, which leads me to believe it may have been broken and not disclosed. Additionally, the leg on my couch was broken, also not disclosed. Overall, this experience was unprofessional, careless, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for moving services.

   on or about December 2,2024 I hire East Coast movers LLC to move my persoal furniture to location in Jacksonville, FL The lead person gave me an estimate of 399.00. upon arrival the lead person reviewed all items needed to be moved and we agreed and contract was signed. Three people was assisting with move, but one mysteriously disappeared The price was finalized at 475.00. He asked me to use apple cash pay for my method of payment. Just a note of reference never use apple cash for business transactions. After completing about 75% of the move the lead person approached me advising that his co worker got injured and would need medical attention. He further stated once he got to the office another worker would return and finish the move. After a few hours I called the lead person and he informed me there was no one to finish the move. He stated could reschedule new move for tomorrow for an additional charge. I declined and hired a new company for 200.00. I called JSO and office called lead person to resolve difference, but said person was very rude and would not resolve issue.In closing I am willing to except a partial refund to settle this Issue.

   East Coast moving is a fraud and scam, they will damage your belonging and leave you stranded. Very unprofessional. Please do not allow them to get you to use apple pay! Please make sure you secure all your valuable before the move.

   Fraudulent practices and poor communication

   BEWARE of this fraudulent company! I hired East Coast Moving and Storage (over $3000 and originally called to use a Groupon) to load 2 moving containers from my home in Ponte Vedra. Needing more storage, I also hired them to move the remaining items into a self storage unit. When my house was ready, I hired them to load a moving truck with the contents of the self storage unit. I also had the containers delivered. When the containers were opened, the contents were scattered, smashed, and in general disarray. The truck was worse but there was damage in all 3. I had provided 30 moving blankets and even when the blankets were used, the furniture was scratched, scuffed, and some items were ruined. I reached out to the company and after several attempts, was able to get a contact name and phone for the insurance company to file a claim. I worked with that contact and provided descriptions, a spreadsheet that included photos and all information requested. After several months I was not able to obtain a copy of my claim or the insurance company home office information (not even the insurance company name). The insurance company number was a personal cell phone. I was finally provided with the home office number, contact name and Claim number. Upon calling, they had no idea what or who I was referring to. Now the moving company not the insurance agent will return my calls. I feel cheated and a victim of fraudulent practices. I had legitimate damage, asked to file an insurance claim and after 6 months have still not been able to satisfy this. I have filed a formal complaint with the state and other agencies to report scam businesses. BEWARE of this company as they may not be insured and definitely have untrained employees.
