   Do NOT ever pay Cash to this company!

   I recently used this company for a long distant move. The crew did an excellent job and was very friendly until it came time for payment. Based on my experience with payment, I will more than likely not use this company again unless it is for a short move and not involving cash. When I gave the cash payment, the crew wrote down a lessor payment amount on the receipt than what was paid and pocketed the rest of the money. Whats more is they neglected to give me the actual receipt. The reason I noticed is because I called to get a copy of my receipt and to resolve an over charge issue. I'm not discouraging the usage of the company since I didn't have a problem until payment time, but I am discouraging the use of cash payments to this company unless you want to go through paper work/emailing and essentially being told your a liar because the crew hasn't been caught stealing yet. As for the condition of my furniture, it was delivered without issues. As far as I know, one picture frame broke but the value wasn't significant so no need to fuss. As for the property, I noticed a small hole in the wall but it's a cheap fix. I was so happy to get them to leave after they threatened to chage my credit card an unagreed to price without my authorization for something that was their fault that I didn't care about the $15 fix. Good luck to the next person that has to deal with them!

   Local office move.

   First of all they were 2 hours late arriving and had a lame excuse about "traffic". Untrue. I caught the helper stealing an item off of my desk and he then denied it. Unprofessional and untrustworthy! Called the office to report it and was told the manager/owner would get back to me. never heard a word back! Never, ever use this company. I checked and their corporation is not even in good standing in Maryland.   In addition, they tried a bait and switch when it came time to pay. The invoice that the mover presented was $200 higher than the emailed quite from the office. When we called the office for clarification, they said "oh sorry it was an error".    These people should not be in business.

   Never trust them !!

   Really bad !! They gave me guaranteed flat rate and kept adding charges and when I discuss the price he said if you don't pay the amount I will hold your stuff !!    Horrible Delivery.

   They were great at pick up. The delivery was another story. We were given such a runaround and did not get delivery till 2am. That's right, 2 in the morning. Totally inexcusable! I would never use again, nor suggest. They also wouldn't take out our furniture until we payed cash in full. My sons mirror was broken. The guys attitude was unprofessional. I never heard of delivery at 2 am. Very disappointed in their customer service. My husband was told he was going to get back $25, which never happened.

   Extremely unprofessional.

   Don't ever use Elite Relocation for your moving. Their movers are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They damaged many of my furniture because they did not bring enough blankets with them to wrap my furniture. They could not disassemble my furniture as they did not come with even a screw driver. They slapped a 5% credit card charge on the entire $400 even though I paid the entire amount except $40 in cash. I wanted it to be a stress free move but it was anything but that.
