   My move was two hours away when I had the things on the truck they said the total bill was going to be $3400 move and it has to be in cash.I had been quoted$1006.00 for the distance.We went to the bank with them gave them the cash we left the bank at 12:30 we arrived at the house at 2:30 but the truck didn't arrive until 5 :30 after several calls where made to the dispatch first they didn't know where the driver was even though they said there GPS trackers on the trucks. When the truck final came there was a different guy on the truck. One of the guys said we need to speak with the office because they had an issue and had to change personal. They unload the truck in extactly one hour I was charged for 8 hours out of those 8 hours the truck was lost for 3 I put in a complaint and emailed it twice to the complaint, never received any response back. I am expecting to get the 3 hrs the truck was lost back.

   Do not use this company long distance move

   This company gave me estimate 1600, picked up my things then gave me another estimate and charge me almost $3600 more and after my things are in the truck told me if I didn’t sign and agree I had to pay 2000 more and lose the 1400 I already gave them. I still haven’t received my things it’s been 21 days they can’t tell me where my things are or when should I be expecting them. Call and no one returns my call. When someone pick up they state they still have no driver coming to Texas. Why take a job if you can’t provide the service. They use 3rd party which never told me that. They still asking for money when they have not deliver my things. It was a 1 bedroom apartment furniture. I been sleeping in floor have had to purchase clothes things for day by day because there negligence of not able to provide the service they agreed on. I have send emails to sales person, to the company and left voicemail no one seems to care nor call me to tell me when my items are arriving. Do not use this company!!! All I want is my things they already took 4200 dollars want another 1030 and still no delivery or tell me when am I expecting my things.
