   Move from London to Israel.

   I recently needed to move a few of my late parents' possessions from London to Israel. I picked Global Relocations from a web site and just hoped for the best. I could not have been more delighted. They treated me and the items with care and sensitivity. Everything was picked up and packed on time and delivered in perfect condition. A wonderful company and a pleasure to deal with.

   A Perfect Move! Highly Recommended.

   We chose to move with Global Relocations having received quotes from other such specialist movers and found Ben to be honest, transparent, helpful and amenable. The crew were really lovely and packed our things with great care and attention. The crates were excellent for our TVs and literally were made to measure! Now that we have taken delivery, I can confirm that everything arrived in perfect condition so I can say with confidence that I fully recommend Global Relocations and their partners in Israel.

   Relocation Overseas.

   Worked with Ben and his team on relocating my parents. Very easy to deal with them, very responsive and open and the packing crew were excellent. . Pleasant people and real professionals and they planned the order to make life as normal as possible during the process. Took care of everything and very flexible on collecting new products and adding. Good info on status of shipment. Could not be more pleased felt that we were in the hands of true professionals.

   A terrible experience, do not use this company! The MD, Mr Scheiner, is an arrogant, rude and aggressive man. This is a very small company with few assets that sub-contracts everything. Admin is hopeless, costing us an additional £2000+. Can you imagine a removal team arriving to reassemble furniture with no tools whatsoever?.

   Appalling.

   Avoid this company and particularly The MD Ben his incompetence Cost us additional fee's of £1500 he has an appalling attitude to customers and his fellow agents he delayed our shipment by 2 weeks then held us to ransom for additional port fees even though it was his own fault he missed the emails from the port then coerced us to pay the fee he incurred then held us to ransom to deliver the container with our goods until the shipping company intervend Truly appalling character. Please do research and find another company if you value your sanity and your goods arriving this company should not be operating or interacting with the general public.

   Terrible company-avoid at all costs.

   Avoid Global Relocations at ALL COSTS. We just had a terrible experience with them where over weeks, they held our goods to ransom until we paid more and more money (which hadn't been on the initial contract). They failed to honour delivery dates, unnecessarily leaving us (including three small children) without furniture for weeks and then charged us more as a result. Their customer service is absolutely appalling and they put my husband and I under immense stress. Their MD Ben is sarcastic and rude and doesn't care a jot about customer service. Hidden charges should be his middle name.

   Move to Israel.

   We have had a very bad experience with this company and would say avoid at all costs.  We were going to use this company for a move from the UK to Israel.  To cut a long story short we put down a £150 deposit and made it clear that we would like everything shipped out at least a month before flying to our destination (early July).  After this we spent the following few weeks chasing Ben for a shipment date and when the goods would be collected; only to be continiously fobbed off.  He was very rude and dismissive even telling me that he had far more urgent things to take care of (not what you want to be told when planning an overseas move).  After two weeks we were understandably getting upset and very anxious that things were not moving and demanded to know a date.. Only then did he get back to us telling us the next shipment would not be until the first week of August, much later than we had wanted.  We asked for our deposit back on the grounds that this would not work for us and he refused to return this money back to us.  In short given Ben's manner and level of customer service, we had lost all trust in this company and didn't want to continue with them.  We managed to find a different company that not only have not taken a deposit, but are coming to collect our goods within five days of calling them and will be shipping next week.  Ben was very nice prior to handing over the deposit, once we had paid this money the service drastically deteroriated.  He was very dishonest in that when we had paid the deposit, he should have made it clear that most likely our needs for wanting the shipment to take place first half of July would not be met.  Please beware and take care when handing over any kind of deposit to these companies.  From reading the other two reviews on here, we are really happy that we pulled out and didn't follow through with Global Relocations but unfortunately £150 worse off.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN!  A move overseas is incredibly stressful and the last thing you need on top of it is an experience like this.. not pleasant! .

    *serious Mental Health Warning!*.

    I had the misfortune of choosing this company to move my only belongings to the USA from the UK. The sub-contracted packers took away my belongings on December 21st, 2010. I arrived in the USA on Christmas Eve and continuously chased the managing director - Ben Scheiner - who was handling my shipment, via long distance phone calls as well as numerous emails in order to pay him the outstanding balance I owed for the shipment. Global Relocations had my shipment in their warehouse for over a month before being able to give me the final balance I owed. This meant I was unable to see where my family was financially. During this time Mr. Scheiner lied to me, was curt and rude to me via email as well as one time on the phone when he blamed me for interrupting his 'work' when his secretary put my call through to him! Needles to say that my shipment arrived well over the highest end of the estimated delivery time 6-8 weeks. I only am thankful that my wife and I do not currently have children because had their belongings taken roughly 9 weeks to arrive I doubt that we would have any nerves left. I work in adult mental health and have done so for over 13 years and it took all my training and skills to keep myself and my family from losing 'it'. In short - do yourself and your family's health a favour - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
