Even when things were slightly delayed due to traffic, the crew communicated well and made sure nothing was left behind. Special care was given to fragile glassware and artwork. The move took less time than anticipated, and they worked around the clock to ensure a smooth transition.

   A large sectional couch, barely fitting through the front door, was disassembled and packed efficiently by the movers. They made sure not to scratch the walls or damage the upholstery. Upon arrival, the couch was reassembled flawlessly in the new living room, looking as perfect as it did before. Their experience with large, complex furniture pieces was clear from start to finish. They carefully took apart each piece, labeling every part so it would be easy to put back together. At the new house, they reassembled everything with precision, ensuring nothing was wobbly or damaged. Their expertise with complex, custom furniture really put us at ease. If you have unique pieces that need special care, this is the team you want. Every item arrived and was set up flawlessly.

   This team was incredibly flexible and accommodating with my specific needs. I had to make a few last-minute changes, but they adjusted their plans without any hesitation. They helped disassemble and reassemble some of my furniture, and even went out of their way to place items exactly where I wanted them. The movers were polite, respectful, and clearly experienced in handling all types of items. I felt comfortable leaving my belongings in their hands. They truly made a potentially stressful day much easier. I’m grateful for their professionalism and adaptability.

   Moving to a smaller home required significant downsizing, which we found overwhelming. The movers were extremely helpful in this process, not only transporting what we wanted to keep but also assisting in coordinating with a local charity to donate the items we no longer needed. They offered suggestions on how to categorize everything, which made sorting through years of accumulated belongings much easier. Their patience and understanding helped make what seemed like a daunting task into something manageable. We felt supported every step of the way.

   Hardworking Crew

   My apartment building had very restricted parking, yet the movers handled everything very well. They worked around the restricted parking times and moved all of my items fast and efficiently. I was concerned about the logistics, but they handled everything with ease. The workers carefully packed and relocated everything, ensuring that neither my furniture nor the building suffered any damage. Despite the parking issues, they finished the transfer in record time. It was impressive to watch how they handled a difficult circumstance. I really suggest their services, especially if you are suffering similar issues!

   Do Not Trust This Company! I strongly advise against using Good Move USA for any moving services. If you come across positive reviews for this company, they are likely fabricated. Almost everyone who has worked with them shares the same negative experience. They lie, hold your belongings hostage, and extort money from you. Our ordeal began with a company called Safe Ship who disclosed they handled everything from start to finish but it turned out to be a third-party broker. Good Move USA was ultimately assigned our contract, and we had no control over anything that happened during the three months they held our belongings in a Denver warehouse. When we finally got our things back, they were in terrible condition: our furniture had been infested by vermin, with rat and mouse droppings all over our belongings. Worse still, several items never made it to our new home, and the ones that did were severely damaged—some even beyond repair. The same movers who disassembled our furniture were unable to reassemble it upon delivery. Almost everything requiring assembly was either broken or lost, and crucial parts were missing. To make matters worse, Renee, a representative from Good Move USA, lied to us repeatedly. When we attempted to file a claim for our lost items, our calls went unanswered. Despite their contract promising $30 a day in compensation if they miss the 31-business-day delivery window, they never followed through on any reimbursement. One of the most troubling aspects was the delivery experience. A woman with long dark hair, who claimed to be in charge, was overseeing the unloading. She promised to send the remaining items after returning to Denver, but we never heard from her again. They didn’t follow up to check if the items were found, let alone ship them. It was all just more lies. I plan to report them to the Attorney General, as many others have. Good Move USA has been the subject of investigations by news outlets like Denver's Nine News, but somehow, they are still operating. I can't understand how, but I'm hopeful that if enough of us report them to the Attorney General of Colorado, they will be shut down. This has been one of the most stressful, frustrating, and heartbreaking experiences of our lives. We were forced to sleep on air mattresses for three months while dealing with their dishonesty. It was a time of immense hardship for our family. Their lies and constant deception made us feel helpless, as we feared that complaining too much might lead to them never delivering our belongings at all. I hope no one else has to go through what we did. Please, do your research before hiring a moving company and avoid Good Move USA at all costs. Their customer service is non-existent, and their excuses for their failures are pathetic. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

   Do Not Hire

   I signed a contract with Movesafe Relocation for a move cross country to NC. I was set up with Good Move USA. Good Move USA charged me thousands of dollars more than I was initially quoted. They held my stuff in their "storage" unit in CO and NM. I called to check on my things and was told they did not have a date yet because of the hurricane. I called a week later and Amanda yells at me on the phone and tells me that I never gave my address so they were storing my things. I told her she had it from day 1, so then she tells me that I didn't pay my up front half on time. Jamaal, the driver, told me that Good Move would call me the next day to pay. They called a few days later and I immediately paid my due balance. When I refused to pay the storage fee Amanda yelled at me and hung up on me 17 times. I had to pay the full balance before they would open the truck and show me my things. When my stuff did arrive they were pulling things off the truck and asking if it was mine. I got about 75% of my stuff that day. It took another month for a few more things to arrive. I never got all of my stuff and they stopped trying to get it to me after the one time. I am simply amazed at the complete lack of customer service. See the pictures of my stuff just thrown in the back of the truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Terrible company

    Terrible. They were a third party used by Guaranteed VanLines so I had no way of knowing who was going to pick up my belongings. I was quoted 3 weeks delivery but after 4 weeks, its still not here with no commitment when it will arrive. The packers showed up at 10:00 at night. After loading my stuff, they demanded another $2,400. After a frustrating call with their dispatcher I found out that my belongings have not even left Arizona-where I lived. Guaranteed VanLines said that they are not responsible. So I guess I just have to hope my things show up eventually.
