   Moving from Ontario to BC

   Eugene the moving consultant is great, answering questions even on off office hours. "You make the call, they move them all". Yes they do. David the mover and truck driver works relentlessly and makes sure all wrappings are done properly, no cutting corners at all. If I am to move again, I would call on them again.

   House Move Experience

   We availed services for moving during pandemic, Drago and Michael arrived half hour early and ensured lift/moving equipment things were ready to start actual moving sharp on-time. The un-assembling, wrapping of furniture, mattress was done perfectly. No damages, dusting of any items in shifting. They assembled furniture in new place and moved boxes to already labeled instructions without needing to instruct. Drago and Michael were polite and friendly, they followed all covid protocol during the move and insured safe moving experience for us. Very happy and will recommend them to friends/family.

   House Move.

   Serge and Mike handled a move from one apartment to another apartment in Toronto for us. These guys were very hard working. We were extremely impressed by their work ethic. They arrived on time, were courteous, and the entire move went extremely smoothly. Would definitely use their services again.

   I had very hard time to find good moving company. I found about 10 - 15 to choose from.I red several horror stories about moving experiences from different people. Finally I took a risk and I picked up High Level Movers. I thing this was a best choice what I did. They came right on the time and started to work right a way, Two guys from Azerbaijan (Babak Isakov and Mardan Aghayev) worked very hard and professional,, they did not even take break . They finished they work in amazing 5 hours without damaging anything. Most hardworking and cooperative people that I ever met. If you good moving company don't look any further this is the right company,.

   Staff are okay, but manager is unprofessional

   We had two people show up for a "manpower job": unloading a uhaul, and move a piano. The two gentlemen were pleasant to work with, and they worked hard -- although they did smoke around our stuff. When it comes to moving pianos, these people are definitely not experts. I have worked with professional piano movers. They have equipment. The company claimed they had a piano dolly, but they had neither the skill or know-how to move the piano upstairs. With the *correct* equipment, this can be done by a *single* mid-sized person. Okay, fine, they're not going to do it. So they charged $180 to place the piano in the downstairs lobby. (I could have managed this with my wife.) No discount. No refund. Then, in what can only be described as a money grubbing twist, the manager said they'd charge us an *ADDITIONAL* $340 to attempt to get the piano up the stairs. Everyone wants to make money, and that's fine. But if you're going to charge money, you should AT LEAST know what you're doing. For $180 per move, you can afford a powered dolly that works on stairs. I have worked with professional piano movers -- the type of people who service piano stores. Our job was not hard. High Level Movers were perfectly willing to take my money, but they did not have the expertise for the job, and it seems to me that they don't even know that they don't know. Use this company at your own risk. Hold onto your wallet. Caveat Emptor.

   Terrible & unreliable customer service-just stay away

   Horrible experience! The movers just left one part of my couch telling is NO WAY to take it out through the door - even though this item has been put into an apt. the same way without any problems or damages. They advised me to make the 2nd order to remove the couch from 5 level building through the balcony. The cost of this " special" order Manager was estimated at $1,000 + tax. !!! We didn't get this ridiculous & expensive idea and just took the couch exactly through the door by ourselves. My complaint was rejected as made late than 48 hours and the complaint in time but over the phone was not valuable. I have received written reply:"sorry for the inconvenience, but at the end of the day it was your choice to finish the moving job by yourself " Really?? I had to pay $1, 000 for the job that isn't done and they wanted me to pay $1,000 more? Just, because those unprofessional people didn't have the basic skills and knowledge. I was shocked by Manager's attitude and reaction to the employer's negligence. It was a traumatic experience! Definitely not recommend!!!

   Worst service ever

   This company is the worst moving company ever. The movers are so slow. I called the company to let them know that in 3 hours, the movers only loaded 8 boxes and a bed in to the truck and they didn't care. They damaged furniture. 1 star is too high of a grade. They should be called Low level movers.

   Use at your own risk

   I'd classify them as a "use at your own risk". Overall the move went well but a few things got damaged. At first the movers tried to tell us the items weren't damaged, when we showed them they were very clearly damaged, they relinquished on some, but for others they tried to say that the damage wasn't them. The contract says that damages will be covered, and we got the movers to mention the damages on the contract. We emailed the company and it took them 30 days to respond, and they only responded, rather rudely, after we phoned them several times. They first tried to claim we didn't notify them of the damages within 48 hours (which we did), and that's why they couldn't honor the contract. Then they tried to say that the contract was voided because we helped move some boxes (which it doesn't). When we asked for the specific clause in the contract that voided it we were given a very rude, snarky and unprofessional response, and they didn't reference the contract (likely, because it's not in there). I'm very disappointed in this company, since overall, other than a couple hundred dollars in damages, it was a fairly smooth move. But customer service and honesty is important, and these guys don't seem to understand that. It's unfortunate I'll have to go through legal channels to have them honor their contract :(

   Horrible Company - Do not use.

   I have no idea where to begin. This was the most horrifying experience I've ever had and I have gone through Office moves. I even move to a different province with less stress. Young inexperienced movers. They were very nice and polite but had no idea how to move furniture, we had to help with several items. No moving equipment like moving belts. They did have a dolly which wasn't much help getting things up and down the stairs. They spent more time looking things over and scratching their heads wondering how to move items then they did actually moving them. That probably explains the extra 2 hours it took to move just beds, dressers and living room furniture. Thankfully, we had already moved all the boxes and smaller items ourselves. I can't even imagine how long it would have taken them if we had not done that. I had to remind them several times to wrap furniture with blankets and NOT put packing tape on wood. They broke a piece of glass on a cabinet. I sent them an email with pictures as instructed, they said I would hear back in two weeks..It's been 3 months with no response. I have followed up with several emails that have gone unanswered. I called and the person that answers the phone is only able to book moves, she can't provide any information to reach anyone else within the company. Sounds pretty shady to me. Wish I had known that before booking.

    Beyond Shocked With This Company.

    Where do I start.. An older man and his assistant who by chance spent the day making it very obvious he had no interest in being there, arrived at 9:30am to move my one bedroom apartment to an apartment in the same building (16th floor to the 32nd) . To start the move, they did NOT bring tools..and had to leave and go get them which tool 30 MINUTES..who comes to a move with no tools?? Anyways, after they arrived I made sure to inform that that my 9 month old had to nap at 1:00pm and in order for that to happen they would have to move certain pieces to that his room is completed first..This along with many other things did NOT happen. and also had to borrow tools from me. The closet (PAX IKEA) was something that needed to be moved first..and with each time I went down to to see the progress in the apartment they were taking other pieces of furniture out into the elevator. By the 5th time of reminding them to take the closet apart it had already reached 1pm and there was no chance of having it down by the time I needed. So in the end my 9 month old napped in the bath tub as they had FINALLY started to work on the closet, which ended up not fitting due to the ceiling height. THIS is not their fault, however they then took time to convince me its not worth putting together blah blah blah, as it didn't "suit the room" , only to find out after they left that no wonder they didn't want me to have them put the rest of it together, they had stripped all the screws and was almost impossible to use. By the end of the day, I was sick of it and started moving my own TV (65"), moving rugs, packing the moving elevator and unpacking it, putting together my bed frame, and with each return to my apartment they had the audacity to ask how many more things do they need to move as if they were wanting to be done before they even started. They left at 2Pm and actually wanted to charge me full price even with them knowing how poorly the service was, and to finish it off a step was broken which they said they would fix and surprise surprise they left without doing so. The company after much debate lowered the price but when I say much debate, I mean it. It still cost me WAY MORE for the work they did vs what I contributed. I am still absolutely appalled by this company. I was left with a half moved apartment and thank goodness I had my sister in law here to look after my son as I did not finish moving the rest until 11pm. If you hire these people, be prepared.. to work ..a lot..and have things not put together properly. I highly suggest you have a tool set handy.
