   Great service.

   I was apprehensive at first to use any moving company after reading most of the reviews. I called Aron from interstate moving systems who was always available and returned every phone call. He sent Joseph to do an in house estimate. After receiving estimate which was a very fair price, I did not add on anything and the estimate was the exact price! The movers Bow and Dennis were great, and handled my articles with care. I will send in a second review after I receive my furniture in south carolina.

   This is disagreeable company! Please don't hire these people. These are not good people they will give you one price on the phone after they get to your home will be another price. Very rude unprofessional movers. Salesman "chase" is good when the sales the service but if you have any problem won’t help but will ask for more money. Movers/ Drivers are so rude my wife had call Police she was alone and terrified that might do something harmful to her. its already 2 months, try to hold of management regarding it. No one from the company called or email me back. My sofas legs are broken.I don't know how to fix it now.if you still decide to use these company make sure you know what is cubic feet is! they won't tell you. it's your call.

   Buyer Beware !!

   1.they are a scam rip off company 2.you will have add on charges such as : $4 for each roll of tape used to wrap everything; you will be charged 75$ to pack your dresser mirror, you have to pay for each and every piece of packing material used as standard for moving. Bubble wrap, tape, boxes, paper. DO EXPECT to pay over $1500 more for additional square footage to ship your items. DO EXPECT they will lie about pick up and delivery. You will be lied to. You will be charged for any stairs outside your house. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I thought I was getting a deal, I was getting into a very big scam. All communication is cut off the moment they get your money. Please don't think I am writing this because I had a bad experience, I nearly lost my job because they didn't show up at my new address, in time for me to report to my new job when I relocated. I gave my address to the driver, Teddy, and he confirmed receipt. Two days later he tells me he thought I was locatec in another state! No joke people. It happened. As I write this I am not sure when I will see my furniture. And it seems they do this all the time. BUYER BEWARE!!

   Scammed by Interstate Moving Systems.

   I recently hired Interstate Moving Systems, a company based in E. Stroudsburg, to complete a move from Delaware to Las Vegas. I wanted to pass along this information to you regarding their deceptive business practice and how they robbed me and my family of $1,400. It is my hope that the Bureau of Consumer Protection can help me fight to get the money I was overcharged and investigate this fraudulent business. Below are the facts of my experience: On Dec. 1, I hired Interstate Moving Systems for my move from Delaware to Las Vegas. I spoke with Jerry, who is one of the representatives for the company (after research, it is only him and a man named Aaron who handle the sales and possibly everything else). I relayed the details of my move for him (14 medium bins, one cardboard box size 2 x 3, one 4x6 painting which needed to be wrapped, one 3x4 painting already wrapped and ready to move, a rocking chair, coffee table, three night stands, computer desk, dresser, queen bed and box frame, day bed and frame, pedestal kitchen table, four kitchen chairs, buffet table, end table and a medium rug. The binding contract based on that call was for an estimated 450 cubic square feet. The following day, the movers came to my house to make my move. It is important to note, that by this time, I was out of the country. A fact that the company was made aware of. My father was to sign the final documents and oversee the move. When the movers came, the cubic square footage skyrocketed to 650, meaning I would be charged more than double for every cubic square foot which was over the binding estimate. My father was presented a revised contract (which he signed, unknowing that there were major discrepancies based on my initial contract). However, this contract did not state where the additional square footage came from (although there is a space to include this on the contract). The total payment doubled from just under $2,000 for the move to more than $3,400 at this point. Once I was back in the country, I contacted the moving company, who would not return my calls. Finally, because I was arguing with them about my final payment (on the phone when I signed the initial contract, I was told I could pay the final installment via PayPal and when it came time to pay, I was told no), I informed Aaron of the discrepancy. He said he would look into it, but then stopped returning my calls. But, the situation gets worse. When I returned home, I had the original bill of lading from my previous move from Las Vegas to Delaware two years earlier. The company who moved me had recorded under 350 cubic square foot for nearly the exact same move (I only added a rocking chair and desk to this move back to Vegas). Upon looking at the new bill of lading, I noticed that not only was I overcharged for square footage, but also had been charged $108 for wrapping of three paintings (I only moved two, and one was already wrapped). In addition, when the mover came with my belongings and inventory, I was double charged for numerous items, and there were some items on the inventory which did not even exist in my move. I have tried numerous times to file a complaint with the company via both email and phone and no one has responded to my calls or emails.
