   Great Job.

   My relocation could not have gone smoother. They gave me a competitive quote and sent an amazing staff to help me move. They came to my house exactly within the window they said they would. Communication was great. They messaged me before and during my move to see if everything was ok. The team was very organized and professional. I even overheard the senior staffer teaching his crew a lot of tips to help them improve. There was construction work going on at the place I was moving to and that had me worried but they navigated it like champs. Price was very affordable considering the requirements of the job.

   I’m not really a fan of writing reviews but I felt I should write my experience with J & J. I was very impressed with their professionalism and assistance. I called them and they missed my call, and within few minutes, they called back and apologized for the missed call. They were very professional all through my dealings with them and when it was time to move my things, they came on time and were very efficient. I will recommend them to anyone.

   They were fantastic. I had been dreading moving out of my apartment in New York City for the past year and J&J made my entire moving process so incredibly easy. Every single person that I spoke to from the company was respectful, answered every single question I had (& I had a lot), broke absolutely nothing and had no hidden fees as most moving companies do. The prices were very reasonable and they made me feel so at ease throughout my entire move. I would recommend J&J Moore Van Lines to anyone who wants to make their moving process a breeze.

   Calling for Information

   I called for information about a quote and they kept pressuring for payment before even giving me the quote. After they realized, finally, I only wanted an estimated quote, they hung up on me. Definitely very unprofessional, rude, and a waste of time.

    J&j is Crooked.

    Liars & crooks. Save yourself. Run from this company. Their good reviews are faked. Joe miller is a liar. Nobody will return your phone calls. Whatever they tell you, and they will tell you whatever you want to hear, and whatever they tell you the quote will double at delivery. They are brokers not movers. Pack yourself. Use Pods.

    Mr. Morgan, first I want to apologize for any misunderstandings you experienced during your moving process. We pride ourselves on being one of very few moving companies who will tell you things straight, not "what you want to hear" unfortunately with forty million Americans moving across state lines misunderstandings happen. It costs more to move more but everyone needs to understand sometimes there are more items at pick up than expected. We apologize if you feel we dropped the ball and would love for you to contact our customer service team to try and resolve and issues, but to call us liars or crooks is just very far from the truth sir.
