   Very Fantastic Service!!

   The guys were great! They were quick to schedule, upfront with the price, and communicative about arrival time. They moved a treadmill for is maneuvering corners and stairs like it was nothing. Highly recommended.

   He was very professional and very caring to our furniture that needed to be moved. He follows through and makes sure anything fragile, expensive, or important receives extra care when being packed, transported, and unloaded.    These guys were the best!! I’d been looking for a claw foot tub on Fb marketplace for weeks but couldn’t find anyone to move it. Not only did they do a great job but they got it done in one day! Thanks so much!

   There were professional, fast and efficient. They made my move for easy. While moving my furniture anything that needed to be adjusted and tighten was taken care for me. They also delivered and set-up my furniture. Very accommodating when I asked them to move my furniture around after set-up. I would definitely use them again. For your moving needs contact them.

   Outstanding crew, exceptional care with your belongings and your family if you happen to have young ones around during moving. Very professional and polite, super efficient. Pleasantly surprised by how smoothly and fast things got packed, dismantled, and assembled. Cannot say enough.

   Did not refund deposit after cancellation

   We are disputing our nonrefunded deposit charge of $1371.96 with Jet Moving. Jet moving kept our deposit even though I cancelled and requested my deposit money refunded within 24 hours. The same night I made the reservation my husband, who is terminally ill,had to unexpectedly be admitted to to the hospital. The next day I contacted Jet Movers, James, to explain our situation; and requested cancellation and refund. James our contact at Jet Movers said that he would cancel the reservation. He had told us numerous times we could cancel before the move with a full refund. This was also stated in the contract under the refund section. That was the last we heard from Jet Movers. During this difficult time with my ill husband I called and left numerous messages, texted, and emailed info@jetmovingandstorage.net numerous times over the next days and weeks. No return calls, emails or text. We are on our 70s and this money is a great loss to us during a very difficult time Also, according to their return policy I sent a 2 separate cancellation and refund emails. I never received a response back from Jet Moving either by text or phone or email. It's like they disappeared once they had our moving deposit. We did not receive any services which I paid for. I truly feel like I was deceived and defrauded once Jet Moving received deposit money. No services were rendered and I diligently followed their return policy to cancel the move, with no respond back from Jet Moving. I have kept proof of my numerous attempts to contact Jet Movers and have proof of my interactions. Please Jet Moving refund our deposit money in the amount of $1371.96. My husband is gravely ill and we truly need that money during this extremely difficult time. There is no valid reason why you should not keep our deposit.     Scam

    They owe me $800 and have not responded to calls or emails. They are a broker, they are a scam. They wanted another three thousand dollars the day of the move. I said no, now they won't give me my deposit back.
