   Over 3 hours late, No Follow-up.

   Worst customer service I have ever experienced.  You would be better off with two friends and a uhaul.  No communication, I had a deadline that had to be met and they were no where to be found.  Promised calls back and did not receive.  Told I was the only Job - that was a lie.  Promised they would arrive between 9:30 and 10:00. - Lied.  At 12:30 I finally got a call asking if I still wanted them to come.  Claimed they called several times - Lied as my phone records showed exactly one call.  Cost me twice what I would have paid them because I had to rent my own truck and hire workers to get the job done.  After all of this I never even received a phone call apologizing.  I know I'm telling everyone I know about these guys.  You should to.

   Poor.

   After dealing with MR. CABUS previously, I decided to hire MR. CABUS and HIS company to move me, (I have great respect for the firefighing profession).  I spoke with DILLON MATHEWS @10 days before the move was to take place and again 3 days before and again the day before just to make cetain that all was in order for this move.  It was imparitive that all went well. I was paying them $65 per hour. They were to arrive at my house at 10 am on a Saturday morning.  At 9:52 I received a phone call from a mover from a completely different moving company who said he was doing my move as a favor for "John" but knew nothing about my move.  I was floored!!  He then told me it would be abot an hour, argued with me about the size of truck I needed, (I have an extremely steep drive)and proceeded to show up about 11:30.   MR. CABUS failed to accurately share with the new mover the amount of stuff I had to move, therefore the new guy did not have enough men, as well as had the wrong truck.  He decided to leave, get another guy and still at 1:15 I still did not have a mover, and now the price had jumped to $80 per hour. I am furious with the unprofessionalism of this company and I will NEVER EVER recommend them. .

   Late; Unprofessional; Damages to floor.

   JJ Cabus' movers were late. They smelled of smoke and used a lot of expletives and argued with each other as they moved my bedroom suite furniture to the second floor. It was very uncomfortable. They scratched my wooden stairs because they did not use moving pads or wrap the wrought iron furniture legs. JJ Cabus will not answer my phone calls, return voicemails, return emails, or the written letters I have mailed to them. It has been 3 months since the damage occurred and I have had to get the BBB involved. They were very cheap compared to other movers, so I guess you get what you pay for.
