   Move

   Stated they were avail for a specific day why I hired them. Did no call no show, than stated they were forsure avail next morning did another no call no show than had an attitude and stated was not going to argue as to why they did not show up. Never did I beg for a service that they were hesitate to be able to provide. They stated were avail and I said great. No responses back after asking times multiple times for times they would be there and so forth, and then to not show up. Still haven’t received a refund for my deposit DO NOT HIRE THEM, unreliable and unprofessional. Did not answer the first morning was supposed to show up for move till 3 pm for a prime example.

   Landon and Liberty Moves in Pinehurst, NC.

   Landon the owner of Liberty Moves promises you one thing and then doesn't follow through on his promises. He sounds very nice and promises his company does not add to the price once quoted. He did not follow through with what he told us in writing. He never came and visited our home before, during or after the move. The movers spent more time folding blankets and talking on the phone than hustling and getting the move complete. It took way to long. The movers took and hour to drive from Pinehurst to Southern Pines about 3.5 miles away. When we questioned Landon on his unfulfilled promises, he immediately flew off the handle and started calling my husband names and insulting his 20 year military service. I felt threatened by his behavior and then we find out he is the owner. This man was horrible, he should not be in business. He told us to pipe down we should be happy with what we got. He said he should have charged us $500.00 more and wish he would have. Skip these movers.

   Worse moving Experience.

   I would advise anybody that is considering using this company to have a second thought. The experience from the beginning to the end was catastrophic. The manager was extremely rude on the day of the supposedly move. The drivers did not show up till 3 hours later, I called the office to ask why nobody showed up. and the manager said she doesn't know!! I called again to ask for the supposedly owner called Peter Shemuel, he was rude outrightly and said that the drivers are running late and that would I like to cancel? No apologies whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND MY PLANS WAS TOTALLY DISORGANIZED.

   This review relates to Liberty Movers/ Jersey City,New Jersey. I preface my comments to caution anyone considering using this company to be absolutely certain you are receiving completely honest information. After booking with the person who claimed to be the owner,and later found from a driver that the individual was a salesperson, we were assured that the 27 boxes and 2 pieces of luggage we were shipping would be on a Liberty truck as they go to Florida every week, Not so! The shipment was sub-jobbed to another "fly by nite carrier" that was atrocious. Every box had some damage and the one wardrobe was totally crushed with the clothes dragging out of the open box. I looked in the trailer and thought a bomb must have gone off, with boxes and other items strewn all over the place. After receipt I e-mailed Liberty and and requested $125 to have clothes cleaned. No response or to 3 follow up calls. SAD!!
