   Excellent movers!

   We had four movers come to help us move to our new home. They were efficient, friendly, and wrapped EVERYTHING. They didn't complain about odds and ends left to package. They moved our piano carefully and safely as well. My items were transported in excellent condition. I received my estimate quickly, and the actual price was slightly higher as it took one hour longer than estimated.

   ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!! Words simply cannot express the horror my family and I have gone through with this moving company. I’m not sure if we will ever recover from this. This company operates under an alias called MDTransportation Group, which was likely exposed for its business practices (just look at the reviews). They use a new name, World-class Moving and Storage. These people are liars and scammers. We hired them at an estimated price, but once they had our belongings, new costs started appearing for various items that were never discussed or agreed upon. They provided us with 3 different contracts at different times, depending on what they wanted to change. David berated my husband and cursed at him, accusing him of not sending him money or the right amount. They blocked my husband’s number and would not provide us with any information about when our belongings would arrive, where they were being held, how they came up with new expenses, or anything else. We had to get the state police involved to get them to talk. I’m pretty sure it was the ONLY reason we ever got our stuff back at all. Most of our belongings were carelessly thrown onto the truck, and many things were broken or damaged. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They prey on innocent people, hold their belongings hostage, and get them to pay absurd amounts of money just to be delivered in bits and pieces. I promise to stop at nothing to bring this company down and personally ensure that they get what they deserve. We have been in touch with attorneys, law enforcement, the FMSCA, BBB, and everything in between. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE.

   Movers never showed up. Originally scheduled the move for Saturday morning a week prior. Then got a call Friday night after I had completely finished packing that they would instead be coming 11 am on Monday. I call them on Monday at 1 pm and all they told me was that they were “working on it.” It wasn’t until about 4 pm and practically begging them to just give us a straight answer on whether or not they were coming that we discovered they not only could not find record of my contract, they also didn’t have a driver. Now, they won’t return my calls or emails about receiving a refund of the almost $700 I paid for no one to show up.

   We are still waiting on our re-fund. It took them 7 months to get our belongings to us. After checking with others that have moved beee average is 2 months. And they double charged us. We have yet to get our refund back

   BEWARE!!!!! STOLE OUR PROPERTY and we sued!

   What a nightmare. Total liars. Took my money then the driver LITERALLY took our property and stored it under his own name in a public storage unit 10 miles from the original location and never even went out of state. The police finally located it. Took us months to get it. They had the gaul to tell me I asked for storage and then when I kept demanding our property they blocked me! Look at the pictures. I have ALL OF THEIR TEXT AND EMAIL RESPONSES, lie after lie. The DOT has many complaints as does CA. Scammers. I got an attorney and had the credit card company declare fraud. DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH!! Our stuff was trashed. Look at this!!!

   We paid this company over $7700 dollars to move us with a total estimate of roughly $20,000. Less than 24 hours from the expected move date, we were told that our move would cost $30-50k. When we told them we wish to cancel service and requested a refund, they told us we would need to hire an attorney to recover our money. This is in conflict with the contract we were sent stating "RESCHEDULING / CANCEL OF SERVICE : Estimates may be cancelled and deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels the estimate/order before to to the scheduled date of pickup." This place also required us to sign an incomplete bill of lading, which is against FMCSA regulations, and required a transfer by wire of funds, when the contract states "SECTION 2: Form of Payment: Upon booking a 30% deposit is required to be paid in the form of credit card (Visa, Mastercard), cash, or cashier's check." This company should be investigated for fraud.

   Please stay away from them. They will take ur money and will run away. That is what they did to us. Took our money and didn’t return our stuff. They even blackmailed us that if we will not pay them they will throw our stuff,, guys if using other transport service please make sure they will not give ur contract to them..
