   Bad experience, review is in negative, cheaters, threatening people, brooked my stuff, verbally abusing, Save your family guys, from these persons. I hired "Ellicott City and movers" and they gave the contract to Mega Moving Service. They broke my TV, lights, trolleys, TV stand. Now both of them are not even taking calls, not even responding through messages. Phone numbers are:- Ellicott City and movers - Mr. Mario - +1 347-560-4820 (mario1@consultant.com) Mega Moving Service - Christy - +1 410-480-2020 (No email id shared by Mr. Mario) Mr. Mario claims that he has nothing to do, but he is also equally involved in this scam. Please be aware of both of these companies because:- 1. They broke my stuff. 2. They have bouncers to threat people. 3. They are rude and abusive. Totally bad experience, please save yourself, after reading my review. Thanks.

   Mega Moving Service.

   Please review this company and you will not use them. Worst experience I have had in years. Every large piece of furniture has been damaged. Many of these items were my mother's and I can't replace them. I had called Nadia for help on resolving this issue and was told to call Chris who was the GM of the EC Moving company. Three phone calls to Chris and numerous emails to both Chris and Nadia and not one returned call. This company is very unprofessional . I am so sorry I used them.

   Do not and I repeat Do not use this company for any reason. Please go with someone else. They broke a marble table in the move and for weeks I have tried to get in touch with someone. The phone was answered the first time I called and Christy P requested the size of the marble and told me she would let her boss know. She has not answered or returned my phone calls since. I called last Friday every half hour on the hour, with no response. Please do not use them for any reason. Very unprofessional. Jane.

   CHRISTY P is one of the most unprofessional representatives I’ve ever encountered in my life. I️ don’t know who and why you have this idiot representing you guys, because she is trying to scam people out of money. All she wanted and was ready for was my credit card information that thank god I️ wasn’t willing to give. Hung the phone up because when asked if we could verbally go over pricing and questioned their integrity as a company since she wouldn’t go over pricing with me over the phone. DO NOT USE A COMPANY WHO IS NOT UPFRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING, you guys are a scam.

   Run and Don't look back.

   Don't every use this company. They are frauds. They will destroy your belongings and charge for it. Their customer service is non-existent. Unfortunately you may have to pay more for another company but it will be worth it in the long run. They destroyed my move and my family. Then they left furniture blocking my upstairs hallway when I wouldn't agree to pay them additional money. They charged my bank card $95 which was no authorized, and I had to provide proof to my bank the charge wasn't authorized to have it reversed. Run, get away from them. I don't understand why they are still in business.

   Mega Movers.

   I would give negative stars if I could. I unfortunately was directed to this "company" due to last minute availability to move a sleeper sofa out of a consignment shop. Once the item was loaded onto their truck and moved to the delivery site, they refused to take it off before they were paid in cash only (not to mention trying to tack on fees not included in the initial quote/contract). They then attempted to move the item without any equipment, duct taping it closed, and placing no protective mats, etc. They proceeded to destroy walls, break trim work, and gouge the hardwood floor due to the lack of any sort of professional technique. At the end of their contracted time (3 hours, of which they spent 2 repeatedly scratching the floor and trying the same thing over and over), they left the couch standing on end blocking my children's room, in the middle of our second floor. They acted in an intimidating manner as we were trying to resolve the issue at the "management" level, who just kept hanging up on us and /or directing us to another number that turned out to be a travel sales service. They have a rating of F on the BBB and it is noted that mail forwarded to their address (3444 Ellicott Center Dr.,Ellicott City, MD 21043-3243) was returned labeled: RETURN TO SENDER/NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED/ UNABLE TO FORWARD. Be advised they also operate under the name American Moving Service, Inc. Please do not use this company, if I can prevent one person from having this experience, writing this review will be time well spent.

   Scam!!

   I use to work for this company as a Driver/Mover and the over of this company "Dainius" is a FAT Scumbag! he manipulated me psychically and made me overcharge costumers!! They charge one hour travel time witch is never mentioned in your quote, he made me lie to the costumer's so just I can keep my job. also there is 2 hour's minimum plus 1 hour travel time so no matter how long it takes or how far you guys are moving you will always end up paying $285 just for two hour's plus they charge addition $95 per hour. the owner never let us unload the truck before payment is made, which you never know how long unloading will take, so you have to charge costumer's and then if unload takes less time you will be lucky if you get a refund back. and their costumer service sucks I mean there is no Costumer Service there is a person named "Kristy" and she is he's daughter and she will try to charge as much as she can for every single thing. There is 10% fuel charge, $3-5 per each roll of tape you use and $10-20 for each box. Stay away from them..

   Terrible service.

   Please do not go with this company you will end up with damaged furniture They are not good people,please don't trust. We lost money and ended up with damaged furniture. Even I can post pictures with damaged furnitue. She will ask you to pay money in the middle and without paying they don't move furniture also, but intially she will not mention anything.They will say 85$/ hr but they collect too much as they delay work.Please be aware of this company.

   Beware Read Your Estimate Carefully.

   I used this company for a move in southern MD.. literally less than a three block radius. Prior to the move they sent my husband an ESTIMATE not a contract that stated the information provided to us was based on a 3 hours time frame NOT a 3 hour minimum. The items were pre-packed and ready for the movers when they arrived. From start to finish it took them (3 men) maybe 1 hour- 1 hour 15min tops! The salesperson Christy tried to charge me for 3 hours. She said "oh the email I sent doesn't say a minimum of 3 three hours but that's what I meant"! I had to get the police involved because she instructed the driver to take my belongings if I did not pay for three hours. According to the movers this type of foolishness happiness all the time. They were running a special at the time 3 men $79 per hour. Do yourself a favor and go with another company!

    Beware!!

    We requested a quote and SPECIFICALLY provided them with everything that we needed to do a military move. Christy told us it would be $800 to pack and move a 3-bedroom townhome locally (70 miles). They sent a small truck w/3 guys who did not have weight tickets and stated they didn't have the right truck. We were rescheduled and went over exactly what we needed again w/Christy, line by line. When they came the 2nd time it was $1400 to pick it up and store our things for 6 days. We packed all of our things ourselves. I contacted the company on July1 and asked for a quote to drop our stuff off and Christy said $800, but when they dropped it off it was $1172. They are very unprofessional and you could never reach the manager.  We are military and move every 2 1/2 years and this was the WORSE move EVER!! Please BEWARE!!
