I had selected Miracle from Camovers website for our office move out of 8 companies who provided quotes for us. Miracle was not the cheapest out of them but I felt that they can be trusted and that indeed they do provide value for the money. We have 40 employees and have been in our previous office for 15 years so for me it was a big project but for Miracle it was jut a piece of cake! We used Miracle for office move on two separate days and also for all furniture disposal. They were working very efficiently and without any issues. They have done all IT decommissioning and recommissioning for us and everything worked like a dream! They have even disposed of all the rubbish and mess left over in the office. Overall we were very happy with their services and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

   Great Company!

Miracle Movers moved our office after the hurricane and did a fantastic job for a great price. The guys were extremely professional compared to your typical moving crew and completed the whole job in around an hour. Will definitely hire these guys again!

   Miracle Movers are just that!

This morning Justin, Brendon and Elijah from Miracle Movers arrived at our house to unload our 16th foot Penske truck. They were efficient, polite and extremely careful when moving any furniture or boxes in and around the house. We would definitely recommend these fellows to anyone needing assistance with their loading or unloading of goods.

   100%.

Shawn and his friend were on time and extremely professional and proficient. They came to my new home in Alexandria, VA to help me move furniture and large boxes out of the Uhail truck. They were able to maneuver a very large, heavy and awkward fitting couch down two stairs with barely an inch of space to spare. Never made a scratch! I was glad to offer them water because they were so nice. I truly will personally ask for them again!

   Miracle Movers.

Miracle Movers are the best! We were left high and dry by another Wilmington mover. Chris from Miracle Movers picked up the pieces of a desperate situation and went above and beyond in getting move from Wilmington to Florida completed with one day's notice. The employees were polite, competent and most importantly, did what they said they were going to do. I couldn't say enough good things about Chris and his company.

   Very efficient!

I was very happy with Miracle Movers. The three men were very efficient and polite. They were done in 4 1/2 hours and quoted 6 hours so very happy about that. My only complaint would be that a piece of glass from an end table got broken and no one said anything to me about it. It was a glass overlay so the table was fine but I wished they would have brought it to my attention instead of finding it broken in my closet. Aside from that, the men were courteous and mindful of the integrity of my new home. No banging into walls and laid out boxes on the carpets and wood floors to keep them clean and safe. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Wilmington.

   Move from Wilmington.

We selected Miracle Movers because of their reviews and I was impressed with their visit to our home to prepare an estimate. They assured me they would do whatever was needed. Packing for the move was a bit problematic since they arrived without any packing paper (they had to rent a truck and failed to move those supplies from their truck). I had a bunch, plus newspapers and bought them some more. I was a bit disappointed with they way they handled the bigger pieces of furniture and we noticed some scratches, dings and chips after unloading. The ice storm in early January delayed the move a day. They did make a special effort to leave Wilmington the following day. The move in was quite OK but we noticed we were missing a 6 ft. ladder. We called and Chris noted it was on the truck..why?..no explanation. We were also missing a mirrored wall display case. No comment from Chris. Perhaps it was broken and discarded..don't know. We agreed upon a modest $$ adjustment for the items..but.. Initially when mentioning the lost items and damage, I was quoted the 60 cents per pound limit of liability. Yes, I failed to buy the additional coverage..dumb move. Chris seemed annoyed with me asking for an adjustment. Appeared to have no concern about missing items..curious. Overall, we have moved 11 times..most were better experiences. If you select MM I highly recommend purchasing the additional insurance and perhaps taking pictures of all furniture. My review rating: less than satisfactory.

Absolute Nightmare: Breach of Contract, Deceit, and Hostage Goods

I had an absolutely horrific experience with Miracle Movers. They took our money upfront for an overseas move, ghosted us, failed to pay their own partners, and are now refusing to honor our protection plan for heavily damaged items. Avoid this company at all costs. 1. Complete Incompetence & Ghosting The moving crew arrived at our residence completely empty-handed, with no packing supplies and no idea they were supposed to pack our home. This delayed the entire process. Throughout the day, the representative overseeing our move completely ghosted my wife’s phone calls. When I finally called from a different number, he immediately answered and, amongst other things, confirmed via email that we had “Full Valuation Protection” for our items. 2. Holding Our Belongings Hostage Because this was an international move, Miracle Movers hired an overseas subcontractor. We paid Miracle Movers 100% of the expenses upfront. However, when our goods arrived overseas, the subcontractor refused to deliver them because Miracle Movers had failed to pay them. We only received our belongings because our realtor stepped in and threatened to pull all future recommendations from them. 3. Damaged Items & Insurance Fraud Tactics Predictably, many of our items arrived broken. We filed a detailed, photographic claim within the required timeframe. Miracle Movers completely ignored our emails and calls until we forced their hand by filing a Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint. Once forced to reply, they first lied and claimed we didn’t have "Full Valuation Protection". I produced the email proof from their own representative. Then they gave a different excuse, attempting to dodge liability by blaming the very subcontractor they hired and failed to pay. I’ve tried to work with Miracle Movers for over a year to resolve this situation. All they did was play games with me. Now I’m sharing my experience. The Bottom Line: This company is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and operates with zero integrity. Do not trust them with your life's belongings.

Broken Unusable dining Table and Irresponsible Packing

Broken unusable dining table with two legs snapped off and irresponsible packing of framed items leading to dents. The low damage settlement offered to us came with a non disclosure term which caveats that the settlement received will have restrictions from posting negative reviews. I wish that I would have known that as unfortunately, we based our decision on the Google review scores! Yelp reviews provides a much clearer reality. We declined the payout and will not recommend this company to anyone. The damage done was not from the move itself, it was done by the the poorly trained movers who did not use ANY packing material to pack several of our items, crammed several items into the same box, and left corners of the boxed items fully exposed. Add that to the day of move confusion, last minute switching of mover resources, delayed communication on broken items, wrong phone numbers provided, 30+ calls to the company with zero calls back, just all around VERY bad. We paid $60 per box that we did not pack (more for framed items) AND whatever the per pound charge was. We have moved overseas twice and cross country several times and we have never had a terrible low rate experience such as this. The company took no responsibility for their lack of trained professionals but as most people need to sign away the opportunity to post a negative review, you will likely only see positive reviews online. Pathetic.
